Then we were told on the phone that the driver was already on the way. After a further minute we called again and the lady on the phone said she would contact the driver and look where he stayed. she called us back and said the driver would have ringed an address at the particular name and no one would have opened the door. I replied that the address and name she mentioned are not mine! without an apology for the enormous delay and confusion of the address, she said the driver would be there in a few minutes. this was not the case. Finally we waited again minutes and called the pizzeria and asked to cancel our order. the dame on the phone took this without any sign of a regret.Résumé: already hours waiting time are unreasonable for a pizza, but more than hours waiting time with such unkindness on the phone is simply disrespectful, qualitatiw far down and quite simply expressed badly."
