"WHAT AN INSURANCE Definitely avoid this place. If you don't know how customer service works in the restaurant, it's better to close the restaurant. As a sales representative for a large pharmaceutical company, I eat out every day. Mostly with customers like that day. Selected and reserved a table in the restaurant. Called to say it would be later (that can happen with doctors) and when we got there, our table was gone. When we complained, we were told we could go somewhere else. I then asked my customer if we should go to Gentile. The employee or was it even the totally unfriendly boss himself?? took the cards out of our hands and said we should go somewhere else. If you don't need it, that's one thing, but you can't beat this outrageousness. I hope the customers punish them by not entering a restaurant like this anymore. Go to the Rest. Gentile 3 minutes walk away. There they appreciate customers with fine food and hospitality. NO MORE!!!!"

"Wir wollten nach langer Zeit wieder mal ins Catello! Nun, der Abend war mehr als enttäuschend!! Als wir reinkamen und uns hinsetzten ging es schon mal eine rechte Weile bis sich mal ein Kellner bei uns blicken liess mit der Speisekarte! Wir haben bestellt, 2xPizza, 2xSpagetti, 1xKinderpizza (alles normale Speisen, keine aussergewöhnlichen Wünsche . Nach einer halben Stunde immer noch nichts .... Take Away Kunden wurden aber sofort bedient!! Nach noch einer Weile kamen die 2 Portionen Spagetti ... die Pizzas gingen noch 3 Minuten (der take away kunde wurde aber sofort mit 2 pizzen ausgestattet !!! Geht gar nicht!!! Kunden im Restaurant müssen warten und Abholer werden sofort bedient! Nach weiteren 10 15 Minuten (nicht 3 kamen die Pizzen, nun aber die Kinderpizza fehlte leider!!!!! Also hiess es wieder warten weil diese nicht mal im Ofen war ... nun ja wir hatten alle gegessen und unser Sohn hatte nichts er ass von uns! Seine Pizza wurde im Karton gebracht zum mitnehmen und gratis! Keine Entschuldigung fürs Warten nichts alle assen separat!Nach unserem Espresso (den wir selbstverständlich bezahlt haben : gingen wir relativ verägert!! Ausserdem gehen ständig irgendwelche Leute in die Küche rein und raus .. und keiner von denen war der Koch. Alles in Allem war es kein schöner Abend!! Unfreundliches Personal, sehr lange Wartezeiten Essen aber gut. Fazit lieber bestellen und Abholen, geht viel schneller und schmeckt genau so gut zu Hause"

Im Sommer kann man draussen sitzen (ist hinter dem Restaurant in einem Vorhof versteckt). Haben quch gute Mittagsmenues (meistens 3). Für mich als Badnerin eines der Top Restaurante in der Umgebung. Am Montagabend gibt es meistens einr kleinere simplere Karte aber dafür Live Jazz!"

"The food was just bad, I couldn't believe how disappointing it was. The quality of the ingredients was substandard and it seemed like the dish was not freshly prepared. I was really disappointed as I was hoping for a delicious meal from this restaurant. The service at this restaurant was also an absolute disaster. The service was unfriendly and not at all professional. It seemed like she had no interest in providing guests with a pleasant experience. I didn't feel welcome at all and my questions were answered reluctantly. The wait for the food was another disappointment. I had to wait a full hour before my food was finally served. This is completely unacceptable, especially when the restaurant wasn't even full. It seemed like the staff was completely disorganized and unable to serve guests their food in a reasonable time. Overall, my visit to this restaurant was an absolute disaster. The food was bad, the service was terrible, and the waitress was rude and unprofessional. The long wait for the food made the experience even worse. I definitely cannot recommend this restaurant and will not visit it again myself. There are many other restaurants in the area that offer better quality and more pleasant service."

"Wir waren eine Gruppe von 4 Personen und am Donnerstagabend im Mira Vino Y Tapas zu Besuch. Das Essen war qualitativ auf gutem Niveau. Äusserst negativ ist und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis aufgefallen. Für 4 Personen haben wir die Tapasplatte für den grösseren Hunger bestellt. Was wir dann an einer Vielfalt von Essen erhalten haben, hat uns sehr negativ überrascht. Für einen Preis von CHF 34.50 pro Person hätten wir eine deutlich üppigere bestückte Tafel erwartet. Es schien uns, als hätten wir die Menge für zwei Personen erhalten. Die Servicemitarbeiterin darauf angesprochen erhielten wir die Antwort, dass sie unsere Meinung verstehen kann, sie jedoch keinen Einfluss auf die Grösse der Portion hat. Wir sollen doch das nächste Mal keine Tapasplatte, sondern Einzelbestellungen aufgeben. Eine schöne, jedoch für uns sehr unbefriedigende Antwort. Schade."

"Very good choice of beers, from the tap there is always some lagger, weizen/wit, stout, ipa, dark, some guest beers that change often. The food is nice, there is a typical choice of fastfood that goes well with the beer, like nuggets, chicken wings, nachos, burgers. Another good thing is that you order directly in the bar, so no waiting in the table, it is easy to estimate if you have enough time for a beer and to catch the next train. On a negative side, it's a bit pricey, 0.5 of beer is close to 10chf, while you can get similar beers for around 8chf in Walliser ski resorts. Also very often on the weekends they run out of food and need to close the kitchen (or for whatever other reason), or run out of particular beer that you were hoping to drink."

"The whole thing almost borders on fraud. Ordered via Justeast at 6:27 p.m., order confirmed at 8:05 p.m., quite a long time. The food came at 8:43 p.m.! Unfortunately, the meal was unsuccessful, the Pad Thai was far too spicy and very sweet, the noodles were also very soggy and a mass that was hardly edible. My wok noodles, advertised with fresh, regional vegetables, consisted mainly of canned mushrooms, a little beef and completely soggy noodles. Sauce and spices were completely missing, it was incredibly bland and the pasta mixture was so inedible. The ice cream we ordered wasn't delivered, luckily we paid in cash, otherwise we would never have seen it again. The only bright spot: the Pav Bhaji. Delicious toppings, tasted fresh, really well done. It's a shame that the delivery service doesn't seem to work due to the reviews. I've been to the restaurant three times and it's always been tasty and quick. But so simply underground!"

Ich wurde beim Abholen des Essens kommentarlos minutenlang stehen gelassen. Der Service war schlussendlich unfreundlich und hielt sich sehr knapp. Besteck fürs Essen gab es nicht. Immerhin waren die Gerichte einigermassen okay..."
