"WHAT AN INSURANCE Definitely avoid this place. If you don't know how customer service works in the restaurant, it's better to close the restaurant. As a sales representative for a large pharmaceutical company, I eat out every day. Mostly with customers like that day. Selected and reserved a table in the restaurant. Called to say it would be later (that can happen with doctors) and when we got there, our table was gone. When we complained, we were told we could go somewhere else. I then asked my customer if we should go to Gentile. The employee or was it even the totally unfriendly boss himself?? took the cards out of our hands and said we should go somewhere else. If you don't need it, that's one thing, but you can't beat this outrageousness. I hope the customers punish them by not entering a restaurant like this anymore. Go to the Rest. Gentile 3 minutes walk away. There they appreciate customers with fine food and hospitality. NO MORE!!!!"

I can only agree with the previous speakers. Food was still ok, but the service was bottom drawer. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before. The boss should be fired immediately, as should the employees. Avoid this restaurant if you want polite service!

yesterday there was for Valentine's Day and my friend ended with food poisoning therefore terrible experience and never again. the atmosphere was decent, but in my opinion, the food taste was under average and overpriced. first we ordered suppe and it was moderate in comparison to our other experiences. then we had pizzen, which seemed tasteless and required a lot of self-pronounced with salt and pepper. one of us had pasta, which was obviously acceptable. a colleague had a chicken breast that he said she didn't feel fresh and tasteless.
