"The restaurant is lovely, but our experience was disappointing. There were 6 of us and the food was not good. The lamb kebabs and lamb chops were tough and unpleasant to eat. The service was also poor, with the waiter only attending to us when called. After paying a high price for poorly cooked food, we decided to never eat at hotels again. We had much better meals at other local restaurants such as Sawil and Marie Venna."

"A friend phoned and ordered ‘large’ chicken and shish kebabs. He got a fright went he was told but hey the order was made so I went to collect. There was a big box but I wasn’t surprised when I saw how small...the food was. I didn’t rate their pizzas on a previous visit and now I don’t rate their kebabs."

"Tried out this place on a visit to Glasgow with my daughter. It has amazingly friendly staff and a lovely welcoming atmosphere. We both ordered pizza and sadly my daughter's margarita was over cooked as the cheese had started turning brown. My ham pizza was incredibly dry, there was very little cheese and even less tomato sauce. We ate what we could, paid and left. They seem to offer a real variety of Italian dishes and many of the other diners seemed very happy, but our pizza experience was a miss. Would maybe try again but order one of the delicious looking pasta dishes."

"Booked for Christmas dinner with friends and family, had to do split booking due to large party, sent an email and booking note requesting placement together. We tried to call on several occasions but no answer. On the day, though the restaurant had so many empty tables, but the front desk staff still split us up saying can’t place together. There was delay right from the beginning, taking the order, serving it and the quality. You can see one of the staff not sure if he was working in the kitchen aswell, looked so tired and drained, apologised for the delay and service. The food had to be returned as it was half cooked chicken, still pink inside, salmon order was not processed at all but declined cancellation and served later with apologies. Kids portions were too big, lot of food waste. They didnot bill for the returned food but the experience was not as we expected it to be. We did see people complaining and walking out as the food was not meeting their expectation. We cancelled our waitlist for Hilton as this was confirmed, wonder how the day could have been. The hotel looked bright and welcoming but restaurant did not meet the expectations unfortunately."

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

"Very disappointing experience. We decided to have the set menu and both chose the minute steak. We ordered one medium/rare one well done. When they arrived neither was well done and both were very tough and chewy. They looked more like rump steaks then minute steaks. When the waiter asked if we had enjoyed the meal we said we were disappointed with the steaks and asked him to ask the chef what he thought to the portions we left and perhaps comment. After this the waiter just ignored us and we had to ask another waitress to serve us our desserts. When paying we repeated our disatisfication to the cashier and were offered a refund of the price of the vegetables but no real apology. I cannot say we are enthused about having to pay extra for chips and vegetables especially on a set menu. It seems strange that the set menu only includes the 'meat ' and nothing else (apart from 6 cherry tomatoes on a vine! Both the starters and the desserts were fine but the main course let it down. This is the first time we have visited a MPW restaurant and following this experience would not seek to return to either this or another venue. We had hoped that this would be a 'special evening ' however we were left feeling very disappointed. As others have commented perhaps MPW needs to pay a visit to stir things up!"

"This restaurant is excellent. The dishes I have tried are beautifully presented, generous in portion size, and delicious. It is clear that a lot of care goes into creating the food and designing the menu. The chefs must be very skilled. I particularly enjoyed the fish dishes and the fantastic rice. The desserts and cocktails are also top-notch and crafted with skill. The restaurant has a spacious and stylish ambiance with beautiful lighting. The staff is friendly and attentive. The prices are very reasonable compared to other kosher restaurants, making it a great place to enjoy a wonderful meal. Overall, a fantastic dining experience."

"Interesting Italian restaurant, the idea is that you order food at a counter and have it made fresh in front of you. The staff were very friendly and nice. But the downside of the model is that you do spend a lot of time standing around waiting for your food, whereas you may prefer to be able to sit down if you've been walking around a lot. It was nice to have such fresh pasta prepared in front of me though. If you order a pizza you do get a buzzer to take back to your table."

"The Grand was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. Mariana, who handled our booking, went above and beyond to meet our requirements. On the day we visited, Romana took care of our large group of 20 girls, and everything was perfect. I can't praise Romana enough; she was the best hostess we could have asked for. "Went for lunch on Saturday with my husband and sister in law. Have been to this pub quite a few times and although the service has never been fantastic I was shocked at how bad it was. The last time we came (a few months ago) it was awful but we said we would give it another try as the food is nice and it’s a good looking pub. We were shown to our table and 10 mins later no one came over. There was no staff in the restaurant part at all for the whole meal. Had to go to the bar and ask to order, was told someone would be with us in 2 mins. 5 mins later a girl came to take our order. Bit of a side point but you wouldn’t know she worked there as she was in ripped jeans and a strappy top (not really appropriate). Food came out in acceptable time. 2 of the 3 burgers were a bit burnt and not great but the chips were really nice. No one came over to ask if our meals were ok. No one came over to clear our plates. No one came over and asked if we wanted coffee or desert. We got up and went to pay at the bar as there was no one around to ask for the bill. When we paid no one asked if everything had been ok. We would have ordered desert and coffee but got so sick of waiting (the restaurant was very quiet) we went to BIGS deserts down the road. Such a shame but the staff need a shake up in this place as it could be great. I’ve given it a second chance and won’t be giving it a third."

"Soooo good. The pasta was amazing, I can’t recommend the spicy tomato sauce enough (thought the ranch was kind of meh). I do wish they gave you more than 3 free toppings though, especially considering that I did get a medium bowl instead of the small. The servings are incredibly generous, and you won’t leave hungry for sure. The mini pizzas are kind of nice, though I was expecting something different. I really liked the bread they used and would love an option without the cheese. The chocolate brownie was also lovely. They also do a generous student discount, which I appreciate. All in all, a wonderful place with wonderful food and great staff."

"I love Henny's kitchen and that's why we wanted to enjoy the evening there on Valentine's Day. We learned that you can always eat at Hennys, but not for special events or holidays. The food was very good that evening too, and the skin was even excellent. Kudos to the chef. We sat upstairs by the window, just above the entrance. The place was nice but the waiter assigned to us was really a catastrophe! I can empathize that there was a lot to do that evening, but if you are only served as a guest when you draw attention to yourself with a show of hands, then unfortunately that has nothing to do with service. And unfortunately this bad service dragged on through the whole evening"
