"My first visit , weekday lunch and it was busy . The bistro is not big but the food was delicious ! My prawn risotto was flavoursome , rich and the prawns were fresh and juicy . Fresh orange juice was refreshing . My friends chicken salad was also v tasty . Food portion was so generous that I had to take away the left over risotto and my hubby also enjoyed it too! Highly recommend and definitely can’t wait to go back ! Can’t find parking space outside the bistro but we parked in the m and s nearby also went in to do shopping ."

"The food isn’t authentic Italian. Run by a Lebanese owner and the chef isn’t Italian either. Pizza isn’t great had no taste. We ate in and kept having to shout out to someone to come over when we needed something and we were the only ones there. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great so won’t be back."

"First visit I thought I had booked another restaurant that I had been to years ago so was a bit shocked when I arrived and a bit apprehensive. Well we were delighted with our new find. I had asked about parking as I know the area is mainly permits, they provided a permit and told us were we could park. We brought a birthday cake which they kindly placed in the fridge. The actual restaurant is compact but it was busy on a Wednesday night people sitting both inside and outside and it had a real little vibe about it, buzzing you thought you were maybe in New York definitely not in Colindale. Menu is Antipasti, Pasta Pizza so for a couple of our older guests we were a bit worried that may not find something to suit their not so adventurous pallets but after a good view of the menu we were able to meet their needs and Spaccanapoli even rejigged a dish to suit their needs. The food was fab, fresh, flavoursome, authentic and plenty of it so much so we brought some home. We had a couple of cocktails, beers wine and we all had starters, mains and a couple of desserts and it worked out approx £30 per head so very reasonable. We shall definitely be revising again Thank you Spaccanapoli for a wonderful evening"

"Super friendly staff and great food made for a fantastic lunch. We booked for 8+5 kids and the table was ready and decorated when we arrived. The host was very kind, shifting tables around , moving chairs to accommodate high chairs event blue tacking menus to the windows to stop the bright sunlight getting in the kids eyes The food was cracking, even the kids food is some of the best I’ve seen for some time. I would come back for the food anytime and throughly recommend coming back wether you’re a family or couple"

"This place is normally excellent and I am regular customer, however on yesterday's visit we ordered sushi and pork cutlet curry. The sushi was excellent as usual, but on this occasion the pork cutlet was tough as old boots, very fatty and difficult to chew it aslo lacked any marinade. Bit disappointed as on a previous visit this dish was tender and had excellent flavour . Hopefully chef can revert to the previous standard when I next visit"

"Really nice place with good friendly service, great food and nicely positioned for a pre theatre meal for us. The meals are large but we managed desserts , obviously The wine was good and all came in at under £30 head so great value too. We had Italian sausage which was superb"

"Christmas Day lunch. A short walk from our friends' home. Not sure what to expect in a modern building on a new town/estate... Well! Superb from start to finish! Staff, food, atmosphere, outside eggie plot gardens... all superb! We were shown to a family size table, greeted with a glass of prosecco a huge hi! from the chef at the window. Our lovely Lithuanian blonde lady McKenzie our Northern Irish server were both gorgeous. As was the food and wines. We chose a Georgian orange wine (among others) as we'd visited Georgia done a wine tour. My duck was superb. And I loved the potatoes boulangere. Mum went mad for the Yorkshires. All delicious, plentiful we were spoilt. Veggie/ vegans well catered for too, the arancini were yum. One of our party couldn't join us (tested Covid positive) but his lunch was carefully wrapped up to take home. How kind. Thank you hope the photos do justice "

"Really friendly staff and always made welcome. Fun and lively atmosphere. Great value for money. I just love the menu, it's got wonderful selection of great healthy freshly made food that suits everynodies tastes.I don' t know anywhere else that beats it. Today we took 3 friends,who were visiting from.Derby, and they loved it. They were worried about getting vegetarian selection, and I told them, it wouldn' t be a problem. Each time I go, I struggle to decide what to have as I love lots of the dishes. I had my favourite Asian salad, which is a big bowl of delicious fresh crunchy salad, avocado, cucumber, with the oriental twist of endamame beans and teriyaki dressingi to spice it up, topped with freshly grilled succulent salamon and a glass of chilled white wine. Such a delicious meal, always made more fun by the dynamic staff and ambience. My friends loved it and thought their vegetarian choices were great. Very reasonably priced and always leave wondering which friends we' ve forgotten to bring."

"Having cancelled a large wedding reception for our Daughter and new husband due to Covid we looked at smaller venues and went to view Savoro. Agata and staff were warm and welcoming throughout from the first visit through to the wedding day. In the ever...changing climate nothing was too much trouble before finally managing to hold a reception for 15 people. The function room was set out beautifully on the day before and the finishing touches complete. On arrival the guests were welcomed and seated observing social distancing. The menu was pre selected with each guest ordering their preferred dish and drinks were served throughout. All to often food suffers at the expense of service where kitchens are overwhelmed with numerous dishes going out at the same time. Savoro coped with this perfectly, the food arrived in the proper order and was absolutely delicious. Every one of the guests commented and the general consensus was that Savoro had provided a day to remember that was certainly more personal and meaningful than a large venue but without losing any of the flare and care required to make the day memorable and special. Agata, the chef and the staff were extremely relaxed yet efficient and accommodating. Well done. We also have the added bonus of finding an exceptional restaurant serving exceptional food right here at the northern end of Barnet"

"We live in the neighborhood and have often seen this place packed on weekdays and weekends while walking by. So we were naturally curious to visit once. We can understand now why this place is so successful Cozy place with amazing food and atmosphere and very welcoming and warm hosts. We ordered avocado prawn, melon ham, ravioli with walnut sauce and one green pasta with mushroom we forgot the name, accompanied with house wine. The food was simply amazing and very generous portions. We were totally full but still went for dessert. We ordered the Tiramisu which was again amazing. Highly recommended. We would definitely visit again."

"Don 't worry horse is NOT on the menu!. I would never have thought a restaurant in a riding stables would be any good but we had a great evening. the salad bar is well stocked (but with no potato salad for some reason). We 're hardly overflowing with churrascaria in London, so i guess i 'm looking at this from a what else is there view point, but the meat was hot, free flowing and well seasoned. my only complaint is that they don 't serve pork for some reason and beef sausages don 't really cut it with me!"

"every time we come to panda (and we go every week quite a lot, now are eating and service impeccable. the Szechuan Fischeintopf is the best I ever had and everything is made fresh, and the balance of the aromen is only at place. "Very disappointed. First time the steak was overcooked, yet when I mentioned it to the waitress, she disagreed and sought out the manager. He came over and said that although he agreed it wasnt what I asked for (medium rare), it wasn 't bad. He gave me the choice of amending the bill, or getting me another steak. I opted for the other steak. When it came over I cut into it and this time it was rarer than rare. He took one look at my face and said still not satisfied? I have never felt so embarrassed in a restaurant before! I did eat it but hated every mouthful. The fact that there were only two other tables with customers speaks volumes. I would expect a chef in a steak restaurant to know how to cook a steak, and I would never expect a manager to belittle me in front of my other guests. Never again!"
