"We made a reservation at this restaurant during a short getaway in nearby Masham. It wasn't our first choice, as many places in Masham were fully booked. Upon arrival, we felt a little nervous, seeing the restaurant quite empty, and we began to question our decision. However, our apprehension quickly vanished once we had our starter, which was delicious and generously portioned. The main course — a salmon special — exceeded all expectations and was the best I've ever had, complemented perfectly by the accompanying vegetables and potatoes. The previous courses were so impressive that we couldn't resist ordering dessert, and it certainly lived up to our high expectations. Although the location is a bit off the beaten path, the quality of the food makes it worth the trip, and the prices are reasonable given the caliber of the dishes.
