"I enjoyed having dinner here with my dear friend who recommended me this restaurant. We made a reservation. Our waiter with the long hair and glasses was such a sweetheart. He did a great service. The food was tasty! I had Edamame as a starter, and I loved it. I tried the Rainbow Rolls (Rainbow Salmon, to be exact) and will always order it whenever I come here for sushi. Thank you!"

Unfortunately, I am not so excited about the rest and find the prices rather too high. Operation ok, without emotions....damage, you could get out more."

"We live around the corner and Kobal is one of our top option for a feel good meal! There surely is a lot of food competition around Langsstrasse/Helevtiaplatz but Kobal never disappoints! We always make sure to order their Vegi Masala Thosai or their vegetarian Kottu Rotti. On top, their portions are very generous! They only take cash that has never been a problem since there is an ATM accross the street. Highly recommended!!"

"My wife and I ate here in February 2017, ending up here purely by chance after finding the nearby place we had wanted to go to was shut that day. We ordered two pasta main dishes. These took a very long time to arrive, and when they finally showed up, one of them (the paccheri) was under-cooked. The other main course and the dessert were good, but still one expects better for these prices (120 francs for two)."

"The Hardhof Restaurant Bar is a really nice place to spend a relaxing evening. The decor is modern and stylish, and the atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. The food was very tasty and the portions were generous. The drink selection was good too I had some great cocktails and the beer was good too. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. All in all, I can definitely recommend the Hardhof Restaurant Bar! I will certainly come back when I'm in the area again."

"to fourth in st. meinrad, I first time, from talk to others with very high expectations! these expectations were far exceeded and underestimated after my uptake with 16 GM points! the restaurant beautiful and tastefully decorated. in large distances, private talks no problem. the service highly competent, attentive but discreet, the advice of the sommelierin profund and their recommendations absolutely fit the courses! the kitchen small, it borders on a wonder what fabian fuchs with his help on the table enchants! begins with the brot, butter, the gruss from the kitchen, the individual walks. fish and meat with vegetable components, crumbling, even me as a coriander suspect, who slept among the crumbs, had to revise my prejudice against this herb. especially note the 4th floor, a derecote from the ennetbürgen rind, delicate, but still strong in taste and well seasoned! but every walk is an experience and with a 6-speed walk 3 h unfortunately too fast. the prices for the wall and quality rather at the lower edge! st. meinrad is one of my absolute top 3 in the wide region. retaurant with 19 GM-Punketn in the region zürich can learn from fabian fuchs and his crew! still to ask: wlan in such a restaurant does not need to eat ambiente and let the outside world forget!"

"Le personnel est très accueillant mais ne parle pas français. Nous étions dans une chambre exécutive alors on s’attend à un certain standing. Ce n’est pas le cas. En effet, il y avait une bouilloire et quelques sachets de thé et café soluble... et deux gobelets en carton. Non ici pas de tasses, des gobelets. Pas de peignoirs non plus. Ensuite on note tout de suite que personne ne vérifie le ménage des chambres. De la poussière. Il y avait un téléphone d’une autre époque dont je n’ai pas compris le fonctionnement. Pas de chaînes françaises à la télé. Le buffet petit déjeuner était décevant. Même une simple omelette n’était pas bonne. Dans l’ensemble je suis déçue parce que pour le prix de la chambre je m’attendais à mieux. Aussi information importante: le parking coûte CHF 25. par jour."

"a good restaurant, located at bahnhofstrasse, just in the corner with bärengasse, thus in the heart of zurich commercial area.the meat was excellent and the term was addequate. the aside plates and the sauces were very good as well. the service was corteous and efficient.the summer terrasse is nice (but nothing from naother planet) and the inside room is cosy, but the tables are too close (20 cm separation only) despite the prices paid are quite high, near 100 sfr per person without wine even for this area of zurich. these two reasons -specially the small space between tables- made the value for money bad and that's why i give only 3* in this review.may be i return, but not the first place in my list."

"Our host Dilek did not leave a wish/ desire remain unfulfilled at dinner today in Oerlikon! Was there with my two daughters and my wife. The welcome was warm-heartily… we felt at ease and pampered throughout the next 1.5h. Obviously, we were in for some...special piece of meat… beef filet piccolo, lamb filet, rangers horse steak and bison steak… all were served within minutes of order on the hot stones. What a joy!! "Wunderbares kleines Restaurant im Herzen von Zürich. Die Bedienung war ausnehmend höflich und der Service ausgezeichnet. Dass das Personal auch noch schweizerischer Herkunft war -leider eher die Ausnahme in Zürich- rundete den Gesamteindruck positiv ab. Eine vorgängige Reservation ist geradezu Pflicht, denn die Nachfrage übersteigt die Anzahl Plätze regelmässig. Aber keine Angst, man muss nicht Wochen im Voraus anfragen, wenige Stunden genügen in der Regel vollauf. Die Preise bewegen sich auf Zürcher Niveau, innerhalb dessen aber im Durchschnitt. Wer gesunden Appetit hat, dem sei das Raclette empfohlen. Für den Preis von Fr. 39.00 kann es nämlich à Discréction genossen werden. Mein Fazit: Gerne immer wieder."

"Ja, zugegeben, wir sind echte Carnivoren. Wir lieben Fleisch in guter Qualität (z.B. Die Marktküche war unser erster veganer Versuch - und ein voller Erfolg. Wir genossen zu Dritt das 7-Gang-Menu mit Weinbegleitung. Einfach himmlisch! Von Gang zu Gang wurden wir aufs neue von der Sorgfalt, der Kreativität und den feinen Geschmäckern überrascht und verwöhnt. Die Weine passten hervorragend und harmonierten mit den Speisen. "Nach dem Beitrag in "mini Beiz, dini Beiz" und den guten Bewertungen waren wir sehr gespannt.Haben drinnen reserviert; originell eingerichtet.Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.Bestellt hatten wir zweimal das "Mezze querbeet" für je Fr. 37.00.Die warmen, resp. lauwarmen, Sachen waren nichts Besonderes; kann man sich schenken.Das "Babaganoush" war das Beste vom Ganzen.Das "Muhamarra" war auch recht, aber weder scharf noch pikant.Der "original Hummus" war fad.Uns fehlte der Pfiff, mit speziellen Gewürzen oder Kräutern (z.B Koriander). Die verschiedenen Sachen waren eintönig, schmeckten zu ähnlich.Da gibt es bessere Libanesen, resp. orientalisches Essen in Zürich. Für uns ist das Kapitel "Moudi's Lecker Garten" abgeschlossen!"
