"I only come to this restaurant occasionally for family events, but after this experience, I will not be returning. It was a family birthday celebration, and we requested to pay individually instead of as a group. The waiters initially struggled to understand this, but eventually accommodated our request. The food was subpar with limited options and was overpriced for the quality we received. When asking for the bill, we mentioned a student discount for one bill and a military discount for another. However, the waiter took my phone without permission and began looking through it with his manager. I had to intervene and explain that this invasion of privacy was inappropriate. The waiter also struggled to keep track of our orders, constantly returning to confirm what we had ordered despite it being under our names. Overall, the poor service, lack of communication, and overall disorganization left a negative impression on my family. I have no plans to return to this restaurant, even for special occasions."
