This is a good restaurant to take kids out for a party.Food, nice, quick and good service from Loredana.

Really good breakfast.Everything was hot and juicy. The staff were all polite. It was reasonably priced. Toilets were clean.

We ordered a bacon double burger and a dirty hotdog, both of which were delicious. The staff member who served us was excellent as well - very friendly and helpful.

Overpriced, poor quality food and horrendous portions. To top it off I got so much attitude from the waiter after he saw he didn’t get a tip. Here’s a tip; show some customer service! No small talk, no asking if we need anything else the food arrived, they hadn’t even taken off the seal for the condiments. All he did was bring the food and expects a tip! This restaurant is a wonderful place to dine. Although we had to wait 10 minutes for a table since we didn't have a reservation and it was busy, it was no problem at all. We were promptly seated and attended to right away. Our food arrived quickly, starting with the delicious starters followed by the mains. The portion sizes were generous for the price and we left feeling completely satisfied. The food tasted amazing too! We will definitely come back to this restaurant.

Despite the pleasant atmosphere and clean surroundings, our experience at Frankie Benny’s was overshadowed by disappointing service. While the haloomi chicken burger received positive feedback from the companion with me, we found ourselves waiting for about 10 minutes before a staff member appeared to be seen. This delay was not unique to only us as a few other customers were also left waiting to be greeted and seated. While the ambiance was enjoyable, the lack of attentive service detracted from our overall experience. Additionally, expanding the selection of main dish vegetarian options would be a welcome improvement.

I only come to this restaurant occasionally for family events, but after this experience, I will not be returning. It was a family birthday celebration, and we requested to pay individually instead of as a group. The waiters initially struggled to understand this, but eventually accommodated our request. The food was subpar with limited options and was overpriced for the quality we received. When asking for the bill, we mentioned a student discount for one bill and a military discount for another. However, the waiter took my phone without permission and began looking through it with his manager. I had to intervene and explain that this invasion of privacy was inappropriate.
