"First time I've used B&B's, and I've not been disappointed. I decided to swing by on my way to work, to have a Burrito for my lunch, at work (over in Portsmouth) The Burrito I had was the chicken fajita. It was RAMMED full of food, and well packed. It had been double wrapped too, ready for an extended journey! When I got to finally eat it 2 hours later it was still lovely and warm. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and would definitely recommend this place. The property itself is very clean and tidy, with friendly and helpful staff. Great value and all ingredients are very clearly fresh. I'll be visiting again, and likely to make it a Friday lunch treat when this period of my shift comes around again!"

"I believe Ocean terminal has the worst Frank&Benny’s I ever had a chance to visit. I had dinner in this place couple times now before cinema. Every time I was disappointed and because of how bad food was last time, I won’t be coming again… First of all Garlic bread , if you can even call it like that as it’s nothing like garlic bread , it’s pizza dough that’s absolutely drowning in oil!! Hardly taste any garlic , absolutely terrible. Buttermilk chicken burger was the worst burger I ever ate, chicken was drowning in oil !! It was so greasy that after couple bites my stomach actually started to hurt. I left most of my meal on plate. Why I planned to still pay for it even though I don’t think I should’ve since burger was cooked terribly) I was really surprised when server came to take dishes and saw my plate was half full, she didn’t even asked was there something wrong with food. This wasn’t the first time I was served terribly cooked food here but it was definitely worst."

"It is my first time in this Frankie&Bennys but I have been many times in other ones. I came with my partner to have dinner and we were totally disappointed with the service given. The waitress a young lady, brunette and short hair took the wrong order. We wanted to have all the food together and not starters and mains as we had a cinema date.We got the starters, (never asked it they were ok) and when we got the mains (after waiting for a while) they were completely wrong and poorly presented. it was 2 carbonara, 1 with extra mushrooms and 1 w chicken and nduja sausage . We got the pasta without any bacon at all and we were like, where is the bacon? The waitress passed our order totally wrong to the kitchen, no bacon and chicken and mushrooms instead. We were offered for fresh new ones instead and this also took a long time to arrive. They came again the second time wrong, my partners pasta had no sausage this time. After being told they did it in. I asked the manager to have a closer look and once he did he agreed there was no nduja. At this point we decided to just eat as we were already too late for our cinema booking. The service overall was shocking. The waitress and waiter seemed they didn’t care at all about the job and the customers. No check backs on food even after the issues were raised. They never asked if we wanted more drinks! Definitely really poor customer service and they never tried to make it better. My advice to the GM of these place, get ride of these staff who make the brand Frankie&Bennys a really bad place to eat. They never gave us any discount or apology or tried to give us a sweet to forget the nightmare. I’ll def not coming back to this restaurant anymore!"

"Came here for my grans birthday a few weeks ago, admittedly, I was unimpressed by the interior. However, that was straight out mind the second that our server, Emily, attended to us. There could not have been a greater example of “service with a smile”. She had no problem giving recommendations based on our own personal preferences, and catered to our every need. "The food was delicious and the staff were very charming. The restaurant had a charming Louisiana atmosphere, which was a nice touch. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was due to something beyond their control. Unfortunately, there was a group of people celebrating a birthday with several young children who were very loud. The noise level was so high that it was hard to enjoy our meal, so we ended up having to eat quickly and leave."

"My partner and I visited Frankie and Benny’s, The Derwen Designer Outlet Village, Bridgend for lunch during a shopping trip. We were greeted promptly and shown to a table but we asked if we could be sat near a window which was fine. We ordered drinks my partner had a Diet Coke and I ordered a glass of Peroni which didn’t look or taste like Peroni? My partner had lasagne which was satisfactory but lacked any real meat content and I had the hot dog with fries which I enjoyed. The food is basically pub grub at probably the going rate and filled a little hole until we could get home for tea. We wouldn’t rush back to any Frankie and Benny’s again and were disappointed on the amount of quality eateries available at the Village Outlet."

"We happened upon this little shop whilst perusing Harrogate and brought a selection of Cheeses to take to family that evening. The two ladies working were fantastic in helping us choose a lovely Brie with Truffle, Smoked Cheddar and a strong Blue. With a little taster of each we were soon agreed and the three cheeses were nicely wrapped up in paper.Our hosts loved them that evening and being local themselves have plans to pop in and see the array on offer for themselves."

"The pizza I had last night was the final disappointment at this restaurant. I have always been a fan of Papa John's pizza, ever since my first bite at the Holburn street location. However, the franchise on Great Northern Road does not measure up to its sister store. I ordered an XXL pizza, jalapeño bites, a Pepsi, and 5 dips (sour cream). Unfortunately, the pizza was cold, the jalapeño bites were frozen, and the dips I received were the unpleasant garlic ones. To make matters worse, they are now charging 50p per dip, so receiving the wrong ones was a major letdown. I called to address the issue with the dips before realizing my pizza was cold, and asked for the correct ones to be sent. The person on the phone said they would ask the driver but hung up before confirming the address. As expected, the dips never arrived. I have encountered several other problems with this restaurant, so I will not be returning. Papa John's, you have lost a loyal customer. It is important that you address the issues with your franchises that are tarnishing your reputation. A label on the box guaranteeing quality means nothing when the pizzas are consistently cold and taste terrible."

"visited with a group of 18 to the breakfast. the staff was very accommodating to put all of us together at a place, even bringing an additional table when the number of what was expected increased. I had a big frit that filled my plate. coffee and teapots were regularly refreshed without it having to be demanded. the breakfast lasted a few hours, which is normal for our group. the coffee was good as the frit. beautiful clean cozy furnishings. they give me how if they found it helpful."

"In my visits to Drumchapel I've always enjoyed the fare on offer at Pauls. When calling for collection I've always been struck by the spotless shop and serving areas. Deliveries are always prompt, service is always cheery and friendly. No stranger to a chippy supper over the years, Pauls is right up there with the best I've had. Portions are hearty and the batter is a delightful crispy experience, especially on the fish. Great variety, always tasty and the sausage supper would fill you for a fortnight. "So from the outside it looks like nothing special, we walked inside and got told we can sit anywhere thats amazing in its self then I had the oreo milkshake tasted amazing just like oreos, then my starter I had jalapeños and cheese bon bons, they had a crisp shatter to the batter the cheese oooses out in to your mouth and then you feel the warm sensation of the jalapeños in your mouth amazing, my main was empire burger that consisted of 3 quarter pounders 3 cheeses coldslaw pulled pork and a fried egg, my side was stealth chips that I think had camermelised onions and garlic sauce bacon, cheese and herbs 5 out of 5 stars 100% recommend this place."

"matt b’s eltern live near and on our last trip we went to the marino fish bar for Friday night. I have small fish and chips, with salt and vinegar. the little one was really enormous. they also have crushed sausages, sausages, fishcakes. we were in and out with a fairly large order for 6 people in about 10 minutes. her fish tastes really fresh, like the chips, not so tender at all. I would check this place next time in canterbury."

"After we have booked through the opentable app for 18.45 clock, we actually arrived at over 45 minutes early, but it was not a problem for the staff and we were sitting fast. the starters arrived soon after ordering and were very nice. for the net we had made the burgers and 2 of our party requested well, and the third was a regularly cooked burger, in contrast to some restaurants that cannot differentiate and cook as they were the burgers to this occasion were served exactly as we requested. we have shown on a NEC show, so it is regrettable that we are continuing from soihull."

The so called manager Gabrielle or whatever her name is was rude from start to finish we booked our table for the Fa cup final but was told he had under two hours to eat and leave and couldn't extend our stay , the waiters were clueless and didn't understand why we wanted drinks after being seated for half hour im pretty sure it's human rights to be able to order a drink in a so called restaurant , the starters were below par and questionable , the Mains we ordered weren't what we asked for and when asking the so called manager why she couldn't be bothered to answer our questions , so I'm afraid to say after visiting cafe football before I wouldn't come back even if you paid me disgusting and I will be getting in touch with trading standards as we found dirty cuttery and glasses on our table and not even a sorry from staff very little care from all at cafe football!!!
