In the middle of the table there is a heating element for the pot (hot pot) which is divided into two chambers. one contains a neutral suppe, the other chamber a sharp suppe. In addition, soy sauce and a fish sauce are added. as a supplement there is rice.Besides the table runs the conveyor belt, as you also know from sushi restaurants. there are some different sorts of meat (both, bark, lamb, chicken and brain), fish (tint fish, sea salmon), noodles, tofu and a little vegetables.You can now take any items from the conveyor belt and tilt them into the top. after a few seconds you can then draw the finished pieces from the top and eat.Everything on the conveyor belt works so well. a manko for me was that there was little change. it came to the example very hard tinted fish, but only two times within 1.5 hours champignons. pork came no more after half an hour. the selection of vegetables is unfortunately also limited, somewhat salat and occasionally somewhat brokkoli and cauliflower. Nevertheless, the quality of the ingredients and the concept of fresh preparation is good at the table.Principle is all designed as "All-you-can-eat", with the first drink included in the 20€ per person. in my opinion, the price is o.k, but the variety should be somewhat larger.As a final recommendation, you can only say: try yourself, but do not forget to book (especially at the weekend)."
