"Louise had a brief conversation with one of the staff members, who then came over to assist us. However, we noticed that other patrons who ordered before us were served first, despite our attempts to place our order through the app. It seems they prefer orders from the app, but it took us about 15 minutes to successfully order what we wanted. They call this a way to save time!
Our food arrived about 15 minutes after we placed our order, so we didn't have to wait too long for fresh dishes. While the food was served hot, the flavors were not what we expected, but we managed to enjoy it nonetheless; after all, everyone has their own taste.
Overall, we figured out how to navigate the app, and if something isn't available on it, you can always request it at the bar, and they will try to accommodate you. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and made sure to refill Jazzy's water dish when her food arrived, which made her happy."
