"Louise had a brief conversation with one of the staff members, who then came over to assist us. However, we noticed that other patrons who ordered before us were served first, despite our attempts to place our order through the app. It seems they prefer orders from the app, but it took us about 15 minutes to successfully order what we wanted. They call this a way to save time! Our food arrived about 15 minutes after we placed our order, so we didn't have to wait too long for fresh dishes. While the food was served hot, the flavors were not what we expected, but we managed to enjoy it nonetheless; after all, everyone has their own taste. Overall, we figured out how to navigate the app, and if something isn't available on it, you can always request it at the bar, and they will try to accommodate you. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and made sure to refill Jazzy's water dish when her food arrived, which made her happy."

I hadn't been to the Wildton Arms in years and decided to take my family out for lunch. I couldn't fault anything! The staff were friendly and helpful, the portions were generous, and the food was delightful. To quote my father, it was a perfect 10 out of 10 for the gammon! only for Sunday lunch with my man, basic on my experience 4 years in Great Britain this is my fav. place to eat, good customer service the staff so polite and dog friendly .. eating is big part, make sure they have a small breakfast when they want to treat themselves for lunch...and good price-performance ratio, clean, beautiful park environment. beautiful view of the landscape. highly recommended

Went in here on New Years eve about 5pm after another dog friendly pub down the road wouldn't serve us food unless we'd pre-booked? What a happy twist of fate as we went to the Wilton Arms with our dog who happily sat there enjoying the smells sights in the pub. The decor of the bar was really nicely done and the place has a lovely warm and cozy feel to it, which was very much appreciated after a long went walk across the fields. The staff were very friendly and attentive and saw to our needs in a professional, friendly and timely fashion. I had the Wilton Posh burger which was absolutely lush and my wife had a lovely pizza (which was huge... Ordered a portion of Chunky Chips and amazing bat...
