"Galvin La Chapelle is in the heart of London at the short walk from Liverpool Street Underground Station, established on the grandeur of girls’ chapel school and tucked in between the cathedral to the mammon of the city. A French Gourmet restaurant third in line) started by two brothers, Chris and Jeff La Chapelle, who have won many laurels for the quality of the food and services. Ambiance The ambiance was roomed with sophistication and delicacy, but what I felt that the hall was rather darker; if it were more brighten this way the creamy interior will complement the mahogany theme. Service At Galvin La Chapelle the service was excellent as the staff was friendly and attentive to their patrons. The excellent management is shown when the servers explain the menu and we requested them to take out garlic and gluten from our order because my wife is intolerant, so the chef took it upon himself to redo his menu, just for us and that was highlight of the evening for me. Food We ordered a seven Course menu set by the chef for this evening; I felt that the price £75) was a full package of the experience accompanied with a good bottle of Malbec Argentino £35). I found the whole meal to be in blanched perfection with the flavors which were heightening all of my taste buds. I believe that Galvin La Chapelle pays homage to the seasonality of all the best ingredients. The impeccable balance between sweetness and saltiness, sourness and sweetness were what I enjoy in my whole meal. A tasteful menu which looked rather small, but at the 5th course I was already full. The Lasagne was smooth and perked with the flavors of the beurre Nantais which was glossed with butter that has given a very fresh taste the crab Dorset. Ham hock and the corn-fed chicken was linked so beautifully in flavor that was applauding the texture of Foie gras when it is taste. Sweet red onion marmalade was balancing the sweetness with the sparkling touch of acidity that was complimenting the fish worked a little like Chinese ho sin sauce. Alsace bacon that was crispy and complimenting the moistness of the warm smoked eel with the gasping texture of parsley was a very well-constructed dish. The novelty of the dish was the grilled lemon that was giving it the acidity to balance the meal. If that wasn’t enough, the truffle sauces opened up the softness of the fish, providing just the needed saltiness that could be felt at the tip of your tongue. I felt that the cliché to my dish was a combination of the French and Moroccan cuisine. The pigeon was cook to perfection, the moistness of meat and the spicy bitter taste of cous cous. For the cheese course, the Fourme d’Ambert was quite astounding, adding the chutney only was balancing the sweetness with the sparkling touch of sourness. Strangely, the cheese wasn’t overly as high as expected, the inclusion of nicely piled up creamy and fruity texture flattering to the pinch of sour flavor by the pear. The apple tarte Tatin with crème fraîche was nothing fancy but totally delivered in flavors, very soft with a light pastry which I enjoyed along with the silky cream."

"The food in this Frankie and Benny's is probably the best I've had. Even better than the London restaurants. The BUT is that the service lets it down.. it's very slow. I totally understand that it gets busy and we unfortunately went at a very...busy time, it just seems like the place is very under staffed and Its not fair on the staff that are working their butts off trying to serve and keep everyone happy in a huge packed out restaurant. Our waitress was lovely, although very clearly stressed and running around like a headless chicken all evening she still had a smile on her face and still kept a sense of humour. She was very welcoming and friendly sadly we didn't get her name so I can't give a shout out. Back on to the food it was incredible. SO nice! We shared a started of Mozzarella sticks and meat balls Al Forno, the sauce was really well made, full of flavour, definitely would recommend. (pork meatballs not beef though, just a heads up). The main course came, piping hot and again, full of flavour. Probably the best burger i've had in a while. I hate when you get served a beef burger and its dry. This was defintely not dry it was lovely. Can't comment on dessert because we didn't have time as we were heading over to watch a movie at cineworld and we were just too full from the starter and main courses. The portion sizes were just right. The cocktails were really good too. We also had a shot of Limoncello, which was suggested by our waitress. I enjoyed, sadly my boyfriend found it a bit hard to swallow lol. Will 100% be returning. We had a great evening. Thank you."

"I recently dined at Nando's, and the food was absolutely delicious with no complaints in that department. However, there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to the service. Nando's has always been my go-to place for mouthwatering dishes, and this visit was no exception. The flavors were spot-on, and I couldn't get enough of their signature dishes. The menu offers a fantastic variety, and I appreciate that they prioritize freshly made food. Here's where my experience took a turn. After placing our orders, a friendly staff member informed us that our food would take twenty minutes because it was being freshly prepared. While I appreciate the commitment to freshness, it became frustrating when, after 30 minutes, our food still hadn't arrived. The most disappointing part was that we could see our food ready but unattended on the counter. Despite the restaurant not being particularly crowded, the staff seemed preoccupied with casual chatter among themselves. As a customer, it's disheartening to watch your meal sit untouched while staff members appear oblivious to the fact that it's ready to be served. In an otherwise pleasant afternoon, this service lapse cast a shadow over what could have been a great dining experience. Nando's, I adore your food, but please, let's work on the service aspect to ensure your customers don't leave with a sour taste in their mouths.
