"We had made a reservation for 17:30 and received a confirmation email for the booking. We were looking quite forward to enjoying a meal there as we had heard that the restaurant had great food and service. Unfortunately the booking system had made a mistake and put our booking in for 11:00 instead of 17:30. The manager with glasses a short hair, refused to give us her name was extremely rude when handling this issue. We showed her our confirmation email and she completely disregarded it. The least she could have done is apologies for the mistake the system had made. She spoke to us as we were idiots. It is unacceptable to treat a customer this way. The place look really nice unfortunately with a manager like that, it reflects on the owners of the establishment. I will not be recommending this restaurant and will encourage friends not to go there. Rather go to Ask Italian where we had no booking but they happily accommodated us and their food and service is great."

The dark haired manager on duty on the 11th of November, was extremely rude and unhelpful, she refused to give us her name and argued with us profusely. I’m from a big town and never would expect a manager to speak to customers like that, absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Nice place and nice staff but the food is disgusting. The menu says the nachos come with mozerella, cheddar and salsa but there wasn't any salsa at all, minimal cheese and they dumped a huge diarrhea load of weird and disgusting strong tasting orange sauce over the entire lot, completely ruining it. I'm not even a fussy eater so full marks for managing to a) put me off eating something completely, and b) for making nachos revolting, neither of which I thought was ever possible. Congratulations, you succeeded on that at least. ...and the fajitas were unseasoned and swimming about in a oily and tasteless pond. View menu

Absolutely disgusted in the Manager of this restaurant. Short, dark haired lady who refused to give us her name. She was on duty 5pm on 11 November. Despite us having an online confirmation email for a 5.30pm booking for my son’s birthday celebration, I was informed very rudely that our booking had been for 11am that morning and because we did not show, our credit card had been charged. How absolutely disgusting being treated by an employee of an establishment meant to be making money for the owner. Clearly the online system was glitching but even with a confirmation email in hand, we were not offered an apology, let alone a complimentary drink or being offered another table at a later time.

Last night, my husband and I finally visited Texas Rocks, a restaurant he had been eager to try. While the ambiance of the place was impressive, we were disappointed with the food. My 12oz steak was overly fatty, with only about 6oz of actual meat once I had removed the excess fat. Despite ordering my steak well done, it was cooked to the point of being almost burnt, as were our chips and onion rings. The Diane sauce had unexpected large mushrooms in it, which I had to carefully avoid due to my dislike of their texture. The sauce itself was overly salty, prompting me to scrape it off and resort to using ketchup on my steak. My husband's peppercorn sauce also did not meet our expectations. Ov...
