"I absolutely loved the food at this restaurant. The theme of the place was great and the food was absolutely amazing. I really appreciated the ordering system for customizing my burger - I could choose all 5 toppings to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. The options included hash browns, fried egg, fries, mushrooms, fried onions, and various sauces. I would definitely recommend trying this out. Plus, they currently have a 50% off promotion for the next few days, which is a great deal!"

"The ‘big bagel’ was nice enough as were the chips. Sweet friendly waitress. Please do not order the nachos-they are flavourless and in my opinion the tortilla chips a little stale. Was a little hard work trying to get someone’s attention for the bill. I think they could do with one more member of staff to keep things running more smoothly eg clearing tables, wiping down seats and supplying the bill more promptly. I voiced my opinion at the time re the nachos but was met with a vacant stare and a ‘no ones ever complained about them before ‘. They bizarrely offered to take 10% off the cost of the nachos. A more commercially savvy response would have been ‘so sorry you didn’t like the nachos Ill take them off the bill as you’ve barely touched them. Hope to see you again next time’ There’s lots of competition in the area who in my opinion offer waaay better service. I believe the owner was behind the counter at the time who took no ownership of the situation-that was a shame but hey ho that’s why some businesses succeed and others don’t stand the test of time."

"First visited this restaurant in the mid 70s, when it was brilliant. Since then it's had it's ups and downs, but now it's back to its best. The food was excellent okay one meal came with fries not wedges but we didn't mind), burgers can be tweaked without being made to feel a nuisance, atmosphere was good and the music at the right level and era. Staff were busy but helpful. Had a really good lunch main course only) and was in and out in an hour."

"Additionally, the menus were taken away after we ordered, leading us to ask multiple times for service when we wanted more drinks. We also didn’t receive enough napkins—only two for six people. The cutlery was scattered in the center of the table and there wasn't even enough for everyone, so some had to share a fork for their ice cream. Even though I had made a reservation, the table wasn’t set up properly, which forced the host to rearrange tables. It seemed relatively quiet, so I was surprised by the disorganization. Overall, it was not the experience I had hoped for at Heavenly Desserts."

"the outside of the pub looks terrible. it is tired and boring. the inner is similar. it's dark and clapping. the coworkers try, but there is a certain lack of love to detail. this place needs a real spruce out and in, it also needs a strong customer concentrated management team that get the best from the personal. that could be a big pub, but we have said that for years and his still poor. the meal times with which we are no longer disturbing, because they are expensive and the quality is very hit and miss more than hit to be honest. the pub has no atmosphere. it also lacks any type of airflow when the weather is warm, leave the doors open and open windows where possible. illuminate the space both inside and outside to make it more attractive. that could be a great place, but as I say, we have said that for a long time."

"We went to the Orange Tree for a family lunch and with high expectations which were well met! My granddaughter at nearly 8 appreciated being given her own menu and treated beautifully and with just a hint of fun we asked for a mixed up sort of order all of which was delivered and I can only say perfect. Can’t wait to go back great atmosphere and team topped of the fantastic food. We will be back before you know it!"

"Looked very nice on entry, if unexpectly quite for a Thursday night in December. I ordered the mac and cheese with a side of skinny fries. When the food came the mac and cheese had bacon on it, seemed an honest mistake by the server who apologised when I said I didn 't order bacon, I 'm vegetarian he took it and said he would get a new one. I was surprised and a bit suspecious when it came back less than 5 min later but it looked ok, that was until I put some in my mouth and it tasted smoked. On further inspection I found a small piece of bacon down the inside of the bowl. I called the server back and asked if the chef had just taken the bacon off and the reply was a sheepish yes. He apologised again and offered to get me anouther, however I refused, if they think just taking the big bits of bacon off makes it vegetarian I can 't trust the practices going on in the kitchen. A short while later he came back and apologised again, saying that I wouldn 't be charged for anything, he also took the blame himself as he didn 't tell the chef I was vegetarian and hadn 't said anything when they just took the bacon off. I appreciated the apology, but it doesn 't make it right and made that point clear to him. I 'm vegetarian by choice, but what if it had been an allergie to something or I had been Muslim or Jewish. I 'm exceptionally disappointed that a place advertising itself as vegetarian, vegan, gluten friendly place can get something so basic, so wrong. It 's put me off going back and I certainly wouldn 't recommend anyone with any kind of dietary requirement going there as you may get more on your plate than you bargained for."

"Only was in this place, placed a sitting to 50.00 waited 45 minutes then waited to wait for the counter to wait another 10 minutes to talk to the staff said my order is ready when it is not, too busy on line orders and seriously under staff, the young guys must seriously learn some manners in customer service and how to talk to older come for years, but today was a disappointing experience. "We had to wait a bit before being greeted by the friendly staff, but we didn't mind since the restaurant was busy (which created a great atmosphere). The food arrived quickly and the portions were generous. I ordered the Angus ribeye from the set menu and it was cooked perfectly, I highly recommend it! The restaurant is very welcoming to children of all ages and they were happy to accommodate our stroller. Overall, the service was good, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. I would recommend trying the steak with beef dripping sauce. Meal type: Lunch. Price per person: £20–30."

"Called in for lunch, very pleasant atmosphere and ambiénce, Maitré D was a friendly, helpful, and charming guy, professional to a tee. I was slightly disappointed in the lunchtime menu selections available (hence 4 stars, not 5), as it was mainly burgers, steak, or Fish and chips for the mains. Evening selection is much more varied. Sandwiches served to a nearby table looked fantastic. My fault, I should have checked the menu first. That said, we opted for steaks, which were very nice, mushrooms and tomatoes that accompanied the steaks were full of flavour, the chips were very nicely cooked and presented too. Sometimes a meal is as much about the occasion as it is the food (no complaints) and we had a very enjoyable lunch. I would certainly call again if we were in the area."

"Came here for Sunday lunch and food was good, good choice on the menu and restaurant was clean. Service unfortunately was not up to par, there were only a few other tables in and ordering our starter and main took a little longer than expected considering this. After we’d had our main we asked for the dessert menu. We must have been forgotten about as the young girl serving us never came to take our order for fifteen minutes. In the end we decided to just pay for our bill at the bar and leave. Very disappointed as would have been a regular place for us had the experience been better."

"it's my first time that a friend of this liley pub can recommend me. there were four of us who dimmed last night in the restaurant. that was excellent, beautifully presented and really delicious, so first I would like to thank the chef for the wonderful food we had. second emma, which served us a real diamond during our meal. great personality, professional and friendly. the pub is very clean, well spaced and has many comfortable sitting opportunities inside and outside I have made pictures, but could not eat too many inside due to people. all at a place that is not to miss is highly recommended"

"I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while having lunch with friends and have been hooked ever since. The Moscow mule crafted by Ruggiero is phenomenal. Andrea and the entire staff are always friendly and attentive. The food is delicious and plentiful, the prices are reasonable, and the location in Porta Venezia is a bonus. The standout feature of this place is the daily specials, which are always changing and never boring. My daughter, who adores pak choi and found it in one of the specials, always insists on coming back for more! I highly recommend this restaurant to friends, as everyone has left satisfied. "Not our first visit at Legh Arms and it definitely won’t be the last. "we parked right behind the high road, from there was a short walk through abbey mews to the caffe. the parking space is only cash and no app support to pay. the caffe itself is beautiful a very “serious” feeling when they first enter, they are presented with the cake display, which looks great! wait for them to sit on place (release also available) the personal is warm and friendly, they all smiled when we visited. the menu is great, a set of choices for gluten-free and vegan oriented. it is a spacious and comfortable caffe with some beautiful furniture. I had the turbulent latte with milk of the pasture, which was very good, the tab and the green lasagne. it smelled nice and tasted even better than that! I also chose the Mocha Piee and the apple and same folding jacket, both very tasty. because of this experience I would recommend a visit if they are in the city."
