"Right off the bat, the customer service was brilliant!! I made an inquiry for a table for 10 people, had a swift response in the form of a phonecall saying my original time couldn't be catered for, the fantastic staff member on the end of the phone informed me why but very much didn't have to, so I changed my time and got booked in. We arrived and were seated immediately, a member of staff was ready and waiting to take out drinks order when we had decided, considering we were a party of 10 both the drinks and food arrived in a very timely manner. My buttermilk chicken burger was pretty hefty and so so flavoursome, there were many roasts which were also thoroughly enjoyed without complaint!! The fish, absolutely huge and very very crispy. We had a vegan friend dining with us who said her curry was delicious but could have been slightly bigger and there could have been more options. Other than that minor note we had a fantastic time visiting The Whitehart Pirbright and will definitely be visiting again."

"Went to Fuego last night, one of our favourite haunts and it wasn’t great. Sat at the bar with my wife and daughter and it took 20 minutes to get a drink 20 minutes. We very nearly walked out. Starters were fine but our main order arrived sporadically, broccoli first, 3 mins later a couple more plates and 5 mins later the patatas bravos ridiculous. 3 people and £170 we spent less at the Ivy last week, where the service was fantastic and we had a memorable meal. Used to love Fuego but won’t be rushing back, if ever. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £50–60 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3"

"The first time for me to eat Japanese afternoon tea. But it is not enough for the afternoon tea since most of afternoon tea are refillable except this one. The food is ok, not bad and not special. Compared the food with the price , overpriced! They did not try to fill the tea with best service but I accept the servant are nice with smile."

"Lovely lunch, although it would have been nice to be told what veg we would be given, as my partner didn't like red cabbage. I did not want to say anything and embarrass anyone. My lamb was delicious and his mixed roast was good too. Service excellent. The only thing was it was quite dark in the restaurant. Think it was an old building. Will go back."

"This was our first Christmas dinner out as a family so we did not know what to expect. We have been to the Packe Arms many times and have always been impressed. Christmas Day was no exception. Staff were lovely, food was brilliant and the atmosphere was very festive. We particularly loved that there was a busy atmosphere but that the pub had not been packed to the max. The flow of families was very well managed, it wasn't too crowded and you weren't rushed off your table either, but there were enough people about to feel like tounwere sharing the daybwith others. We were served quickly but leisurely and not once we're we made to feel an inconvenience or a bother. Staff seemed to be happy working and we're all in good spirits too Kid-friendliness: Our children have always been welcomed and accommodated here Price per person: £80–90 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot"

The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. The Chilli Burger was a standout dish, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection, while the Jacket Potato was equally impressive. The service was commendable, scoring a solid 4. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring our needs were met throughout the evening. The atmosphere also received a 4; it was inviting and pleasant, perfect for a relaxed dinner. Overall, it's a great spot to enjoy a well-crafted meal!"

"We enjoyed a 3 course vegan menu with 3 options for each course. Our meal began with bread, though there was no vegan butter available, the staff kindly provided us with olive oil and balsamic vinegar as an alternative. For our starters, we shared the tempura vegetables and garlic bread with mushrooms, both of which were delicious. Our main courses included a strudel and vegetable tart, both bursting with flavor. We had planned on sharing a sticky toffee pudding for dessert, but the waiter surprised us with a vegan brownie that wasn't on the menu - a wonderful addition to our meal. Despite the generous portions, all three courses were priced at just £17.50 each. The service was excellent, and we had a fantastic overall dining experience. We highly recommend this restaurant."

"Additionally, the menus were taken away after we ordered, leading us to ask multiple times for service when we wanted more drinks. We also didn’t receive enough napkins—only two for six people. The cutlery was scattered in the center of the table and there wasn't even enough for everyone, so some had to share a fork for their ice cream. Even though I had made a reservation, the table wasn’t set up properly, which forced the host to rearrange tables. It seemed relatively quiet, so I was surprised by the disorganization. Overall, it was not the experience I had hoped for at Heavenly Desserts."

"We like going to the Grange . It has a very pleasant feel and setting with nice grounds and it’s always nice to arrive there. The service is always excellent. The manageress lady with dark hair) is always very friendly as are all the staff. The manageress is exceptionally good and professional and would not be out of place running front of house in a Michelin starred place. The food is much better than when it opened and pretty good. Please bring back the chicken kimchi sandwich. That was brilliant. In terms of improvement , I feel the menu could be slightly more carnivorous . After all hearing dogs are carnivores? The menu to my taste has quite a lot of vegan options and not enough meat ones. Bring back the chicken kimchi sandwich and I’ll give you a very good. But I’m quibbling."

"We had to wait a bit before being greeted by the friendly staff, but we didn't mind since the restaurant was busy (which created a great atmosphere). The food arrived quickly and the portions were generous. I ordered the Angus ribeye from the set menu and it was cooked perfectly, I highly recommend it! The restaurant is very welcoming to children of all ages and they were happy to accommodate our stroller. Overall, the service was good, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. I would recommend trying the steak with beef dripping sauce. Meal type: Lunch. Price per person: £20–30."

"Thought I would give this establishment a try for the first time. For a special occasion we decided after reading some positive reviews previously. Selected the coronation chicken on brown also one on white bread. Disappointed to find that the bread on both sandwiches was dry and hard and intrinsically stale. The filling was okay. I'm afraid to state poor first impression, can't recommend and unfortunately won't be returning. Did spoil to a degree the occasion ."

"Visited The Orange Tree on a Sunday afternoon, was busy as we arrived but as the tables are spaced, never felt noisey. Received a warm welcome from all the three staff, they were professional and relaxed, there was no rush for our meal, nice atmosphere. There is a large menu and special board and all our meals were top quality, I had the Chicken Roast, the potatoes were best I have had in ages and with eight different vegetables, top quality roast dinner. The are no real ales on tap, only in bottles. There is a car park for about 20 cars with lighting for these winter months. There is a farmer market attached to the restaurant. Its not dear for the quality of food and service. Wines start from £22 a bottle. I will recommend a visit."

"that was nice to eat. but it was very busy and they didn't have enough staff. they did the best they could and hastened to serve everyone as quickly as possible. it took 30 minutes until our drinks come and were missing extras on my mother's meal. was so busy my mother said not to worry, but take it out of the bill they did. should have been more personal for bookings. was more business than normal due to the performance at deco. but would have had to know from the bookings that more employees were needed."

"Cookiez is an extremely child-friendly restaurant with great prices and delicious food. They offer a wide range of milkshakes, ice cream, and more. The staff go above and beyond for their customers, making it my go-to place for desserts. I highly recommend their oreo, kinder, and ferror rochas milkshakes. I can always rely on Cookiez for the best desserts. Additionally, they have easy parking, which is always a plus."

"Usually a really good meal an experience. On this occasion the food came out just about warm enough to eat. I felt like I needed to eat in a hurry. To be fair I was offered the option of having the food reheated, but previous experience made me say No as you often end up waiting a long time, whilst your dining companions eat alone. Also a bit disappointed that every other table around us received a sealed envelope with a voucher at the end of their meal. We didn’t. Perhaps they didn’t like my feedback?"

"I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant for my birthday meal. We had a relatively long wait for our starters, and when my prawn cocktail arrived, I had to send it back due to a strange taste in the sauce. Additionally, my son ordered the last wagyu burger on the menu and it arrived with a quarter of it missing. When we complained, the burger was brought back to us and the chef said that's how they are served, even though we regularly have wagyu burgers on barbecues and they don't come like that. We were so disappointed that we decided to leave at that point. Overall, it was a very disappointing birthday meal."

"I went to the restaurant last night with a group of four. A male waiter took our order, but when he brought out the food, both my dish and my partner's had a topping on them that we specifically requested to be removed."

"Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Brunel University. Very convenient 20 minute walk and even shorter bus ride) to West Drayton train station for jaunts into Central London. Same bus option in opposite direction to get to Brunel 30 minute walk). Tesco and Aldi located close by should the in room yogurt and bread croissant not cut it good thing for the fridge in the room). Stayed in Grand Canal view room #2 which had 1 queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the sink, but lots in the shower. I mentioned this to the staff via email and in person no response via email and a stunned sorry can 't help you response from the in person complaint. The room could also do with more options for hanging clothes as there are only 2 fixed hangers in the room. The adjacent room #1) was not occupied the 1st 2 nights so it was very quiet, but the 3rd night next morning really) is when we noticed the extremely thin walls where normal conversation levels could be heard. We managed to enjoy a meal in the onsite restaurant and it was very good generous house salad and very good fish and chips)."

"5 stars are based on the cheeseboard I had. I am very, very hard to please when it comes to cheeseboards. Many local eateries (and even abroad actually) you are promised a cheeseboard only to be handed a sorry excuse for an anaemic looking side plate. The Farmers provides a cheeseboard with strength. A generous serving of three local cheese with an appropriate amount of crackers. They do not scimp on the good stuff. I am relieved to have found an establishment worthy of calling themselves a cheeseboard provider. I also was there for an open mic night. The atmosphere was lovely, locals and staff alike were very friendly and welcoming."
