"Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Brunel University. Very convenient 20 minute walk and even shorter bus ride) to West Drayton train station for jaunts into Central London. Same bus option in opposite direction to get to Brunel 30 minute walk). Tesco and Aldi located close by should the in room yogurt and bread croissant not cut it good thing for the fridge in the room). Stayed in Grand Canal view room #2 which had 1 queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the sink, but lots in the shower. I mentioned this to the staff via email and in person no response via email and a stunned sorry can 't help you response from the in person complaint. The room could also do with more options for hanging clothes as there are only 2 fixed hangers in the room. The adjacent room #1) was not occupied the 1st 2 nights so it was very quiet, but the 3rd night next morning really) is when we noticed the extremely thin walls where normal conversation levels could be heard. We managed to enjoy a meal in the onsite restaurant and it was very good generous house salad and very good fish and chips)."

We attended a wedding in the upstairs room and found it to be very cozy and intimate. The food and staff were excellent. I would rate the service and location both as 5 stars.

We arrived last minute and had no problem getting a table for seven. The food was excellent and we highly recommend this hidden gem. We chose to sit inside, but there is also plenty of seating outside if you prefer. We will definitely be returning again soon.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic - delicious, fresh, and well-presented. The meal was clean and the staff were polite and helpful. The atmosphere of the whole place was great, with areas suited for all types of dining and age groups. I will definitely be returning, as the outdoor area had a lively party atmosphere and the inside was relaxing. The management was hands-on and attentive. View menu

This restaurant is fantastic and an amazing place to enjoy delicious food, drinks, and entertainment. The staff deserve a big round of applause as they were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. We can't wait to return. Thank you for being so nice! The Motown night entertainment was brilliant. The food was fantastic, thanks to the chef for the excellent meals. Overall, we give this place a rating of 5 out of 5 for the rooms.

A hotel that barely reaches 2 stars, the furniture is shabby, dirty, old, the door to the wardrobe was broken and did not open, the bed was broken, it was impossible to sleep at all, mice could be heard at night... And the coolest thing was the so-called “Continental breakfast”, which consisted of one small croissant and one small yoghurt, which were in the room and naturally had to be eaten in the room, so the restaurant turned out to be in this “4-star hotel” I worked only on Saturdays and Sundays, which was not written anywhere. Everything was disgusting!
