"Sipsons is quite simply one of the best Indian restaurants around. Any time we're in the Heathrow area, we always try to visit. The staff is so welcoming and accommodating with dietary requirements or recommendations. And even though we only swing by a few times a year, they remember my favorite dish. We often run events nearby, and we always decide last minute to take the staff and some of our guests on a Sunday evening. They consistently manage to seat all 10 of us and deliver amazing food with no advance notice. The food is of exceptional quality, packed with so many layers of flavor, and each dish is delightfully distinct. And OMG, their Hari Mirch or Dhansak is heavenly; and I always choose the Saag Rice to accompany. I've never had a bad meal in the years I've been going. I only wish it was closer as I'd be in there every week. And big up the lads working there top people."

"Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Brunel University. Very convenient 20 minute walk and even shorter bus ride) to West Drayton train station for jaunts into Central London. Same bus option in opposite direction to get to Brunel 30 minute walk). Tesco and Aldi located close by should the in room yogurt and bread croissant not cut it good thing for the fridge in the room). Stayed in Grand Canal view room #2 which had 1 queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the sink, but lots in the shower. I mentioned this to the staff via email and in person no response via email and a stunned sorry can 't help you response from the in person complaint. The room could also do with more options for hanging clothes as there are only 2 fixed hangers in the room. The adjacent room #1) was not occupied the 1st 2 nights so it was very quiet, but the 3rd night next morning really) is when we noticed the extremely thin walls where normal conversation levels could be heard. We managed to enjoy a meal in the onsite restaurant and it was very good generous house salad and very good fish and chips)."

"The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, but they need to improve their attention to detail for takeaway orders. The last three times we ordered takeout, items were missing from our order, causing us to have to call and wait for the rest of our food. This is unnecessary and frustrating. Additionally, the delivery drivers seem to ignore any additional delivery instructions we include. Overall, the delivery service does not match the quality of the food."

"Booked lunch for 4 on a Friday at 1:30pm, needed to finish by 3pm, actually the right amount of time. It was a lovely sunny day and originally sat by the front window, waiter quickly took our order for drinks while we decided what to order. After 10 minutes I was baking and asked if we could move, on a normal dull day it would be a good place to sit but not on a bright sunny day. Waitress was very accommodating and we moved to the rear and it was such a relief. Three of us ordered pizza and we were not disappointed, the base was thin and the toppings tasty cooked to perfection. The vegetarian pasta dish was equally delicious according to friend. We all had the Italian desert, biscuit and ricotta cream filling which was good. My elderflower and Prosecco cocktail was refreshing and tasty. All in all an excellent experience, was my first visit and will not hesitate to return."

"great restaurant in iver heath away. very clean with decent table spacing kneipen and outside area. the staff are welcoming and friendly and feel like home. the owner is almost always in front of location and very friendly with customers....he makes them feel, they are an estimated customer. they are worth knowing about the menu if they want advice about the dishes. its delicious food, freshly cooked and served piping hot. nice to see the chefs in the kitchen. it is very busy in the evenings as such a great place to eat, so guess, reservation on their website."
