"This is a lovely neighbourhood Italian restaurant. It offers a good selection of pasta and meat and fish dishes all freshly prepared. On the night I was here there were a mixture of families, couples and friends eating. It's not the largest restaurant so it has a good buzz. "Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Brunel University. Very convenient 20 minute walk and even shorter bus ride) to West Drayton train station for jaunts into Central London. Same bus option in opposite direction to get to Brunel 30 minute walk). Tesco and Aldi located close by should the in room yogurt and bread croissant not cut it good thing for the fridge in the room). Stayed in Grand Canal view room #2 which had 1 queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the sink, but lots in the shower. I mentioned this to the staff via email and in person no response via email and a stunned sorry can 't help you response from the in person complaint. The room could also do with more options for hanging clothes as there are only 2 fixed hangers in the room. The adjacent room #1) was not occupied the 1st 2 nights so it was very quiet, but the 3rd night next morning really) is when we noticed the extremely thin walls where normal conversation levels could be heard. We managed to enjoy a meal in the onsite restaurant and it was very good generous house salad and very good fish and chips)."

"Denise was excellent throughout my booking of an anniversary meal. Denise selected a lovely table looking out onto the marina. Denise was very polite and welcoming. Denise went through what they had on the day including specials and recommended a few dishes. Food was excellent quality and I had to compliment the chef on the meals we had. Denise and her team was excellent throughout our afternoon. It was so nice that my mum will be willing to travel there in a cab with some of her friends because she liked it that much. I travelled a distance to get there as I live out of the area. I would definitely go back again and look forward to seeing Denise and her team again."

"Fantastic little restaurant, beautiful and very classy both inside and outside. I visited for my birthday this week and am very glad I did. Very polite, friendly and professional waiting staff who make you feel like a special guest and very welcome. Food was incredible, I felt like I was dining at a very fancy restaurant, I ordered the Gin cured Salmon, (I did not upload a picture as it looked so delicious I started digging in immediately) Fillet of Sea Bass with Mashed Potato and Vegetables, Chocolate Fondant with Vanilla Ice Cream and a glass of beautiful Pinot Grigio White Wine. Everything was plated beautifully, cooked perfectly and also seasoned perfectly, I did not wish to add any additional salt or pepper which was provided. The dishes all complemented each other well and went very well with the wine. Tipping is optional although I felt inclined due to the quality of the food and service I was provided. Big compliments to the waiting staff and chef. I will definitely visit here again soon, pleased to have such a high quality and local place with very fair prices, 10/10. "Enjoy a delicious dinner at this restaurant, with prices ranging from £20-30 per person. The food and service are both top-notch, receiving a perfect 5 rating. The atmosphere could use a bit of improvement, scoring a 3. Vegetarians will be delighted with the large selection of options available. Highly recommend for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike!"

"The quality of the food at this restaurant has significantly declined, indicating a change in chefs. My last visit was over a year ago and the food was excellent. It's disappointing to see the decline in quality. The service was satisfactory. Overall rating: Food - 1, Service - 4, Atmosphere - 2. Dine in for dinner with an average price range of £30-£40 per person."

"I’m an Indian restaurant veteran and trust me this place is the one. Butter chicken and lamb chops is a must, if you don’t like lamb on the bone then go for the lamb sashlik. If you want fish then you must go for the tapia starter dish. Great service very catering to family or groups with the lads/ ladies. They usually cater to businesses from the hotels at Heathrow so they know how to cater, very classy. Food has always been consistent, been a regular for over 10 years. All staff are very very friendly regardless if manager or owner is in Parking: Huge parking lot Kid-friendliness: Very catering to kids, every time we come my daughter makes an absolute mess on the floor but they are very caring about it and pressure you not to tell your little one off lol"
"Booked lunch for 4 on a Friday at 1:30pm, needed to finish by 3pm, actually the right amount of time. It was a lovely sunny day and originally sat by the front window, waiter quickly took our order for drinks while we decided what to order. After 10 minutes I was baking and asked if we could move, on a normal dull day it would be a good place to sit but not on a bright sunny day. Waitress was very accommodating and we moved to the rear and it was such a relief. Three of us ordered pizza and we were not disappointed, the base was thin and the toppings tasty cooked to perfection. The vegetarian pasta dish was equally delicious according to friend. We all had the Italian desert, biscuit and ricotta cream filling which was good. My elderflower and Prosecco cocktail was refreshing and tasty. All in all an excellent experience, was my first visit and will not hesitate to return."

"Got stuck at the airport overnight on our way back to the States. We were put up close at a hotel so we searched for local pubs. The White Horse had good reviews. Watch your head! You walk down a couple of stairs and need to duck to get into the pub. It was great! Great service, friendly patrons, quaint and it had plenty of locals to talk to. I give the food a 5, because we went there for the ambience and drinks. Not for the food. The good food was a bonus. If we had gone out for food, I would rate it a 4. We had the dirty chips, beef stew, lasagna Verdi and spicy squid. The chips could have been covered more with the toppings. The spicy fried squid was good. The lasagna could have used more seasonings. The beef stew was perfect. So, no complaints. If you choose to smoke, there's an outdoor area that is covered where you can eat, drink and enjoy your tobacco. The bathrooms were extremely clean. You can tell that the whole crew at this place cares about customer satisfaction. And they will do their best to take care of you. Great experience!"

"Have been here a few times now and have never had a bad meal or bad service. Every time we have been welcomed warmly, seated quickly (pre-booked) and been given the time to relax and make our choices. The wine selection is good and well suited to this place (one bottle certainly makes a reappearance on each visit). But the star of the show are the steaks! Always cooked to perfection and are clearly of high quality. It's a must try if you haven't been. "Visited hoping to get some Thai food but after seeing so many things on the menu and nobody eating we decided to pass and dine back at the Radisson. Only 3 wines of unknown grape varieties were available. Drinks were cheap which was good and the girl at the counter was initially pleasant but when we left she was smoking outside and shouted “have you paid your bill?” How rude to assume that we were walking out! COVID protocols in place so it’s a safe place to visit if looking for a cheap drink."

"Warm, friendly welcome on arrival. Informed about additional items included in lunch menu and new price. Gerri served us and was very attentive, informative and helpful in explaining food choices. Food was cooked to perfection and delicious…..reasonably priced. A very enjoyable lunch, in pleasant surroundings, with very friendly staff."

"Stayed at the LHR Marriott for a night and wanted to try some local food. I had the garlic/chili shrimp as an appetizer and the lamb/mint burger as my entree. Both were super delicious and a great value for the taste and portion. I wanted to get in/out quickly so chose to order the food at the bar along with a beer. Doing this was a bit cumbersome as you can’t order food directly at the bar. There was a separate station where you placed your order. Thankfully the food was delivered to the bar and I was able to pay at the bar also. If you’re in town and near LHR airport, give this place a try."

"Me and my family used to love Thai Lemon. It is one of our favourite local restaurants. We would visit at least 1-2 x a month. The previous owners were amazing and always offered a great service with their food and hospitality. The owners have changed and we visited once a few months back and did not meet our expectations. We decided to give them another chance today and can safely and sadly say will NEVER be visiting Thai Lemon again. Unfortunately the food is just not worth eating out. Maybe we are just so used to the amazing food we used to have by the previous owners but this just does not compare all. Prices have also increased which ok is understandable but they have also added a service charge to their bills. £240 bill and the duck pancakes were mouldy (wish I had taken a photo, large area of mould). When pointed out to the waitress she did not even apologise and simply said ‘I will get you a new one’. We were put off and didn't continue eating it. The duck was VERY dry and clearly old. Spring rolls full of oil inside. Drinks were not even cold from the fridge. Offered at room temperature with no ice in 32 degrees weather? Tom yum appaling, extremely salty and mushrooms very old. We did not finish these. Barely any meat in the sweet n sour chicken and oyster beef. No flavour in any dish whatsoever, thai food is meant to be very flavoursome. Really not worth £240 very disappointing. They didnt even offer to reduce the bill or remove service charge after the mouldy pancakes. Very unprofessional and food is not up to restaurant standard. Can tell they dont have a proper chef."

"Today I went with a good friend to celebrate something special for us and my friend had a pushchair for the little one. The food was delicious but the staff both of them had a bad attitude that made us stressed and not enjoying the food. It is a real shame as the restaurant looked beautiful. The man almost sprayed the cleaning product on the little one face and the woman, when brought the second plate with a bossy tone of voice, demanded my friend to move the pushchair as she did not have the space to settle the table close to us. I was shocked by her attitude and tone of voice. My friend offered to take the plates from her hands and help her but she refused and asked again for my friend to move the pushchair with a demanding tone of voice. I told her that her attitude was wrong and the way she was saying it to my friend was not acceptable. I asked for the manager and she said that she was the manager, but my friend, who is a constant customer, told me that was for the first time when saw her in that restaurant. My friend asked her nicely where to put the pushchair as there was no space in the restaurant for it and her answer was that it did not matter where to put it, it was okay as is simply realized that where we parked it was the most indicated place. I explained again to her that the way she was behaving was wrong as, at the time, only 3 tables were occupied and the restaurant was empty, so it was not common sense to be rude to my friend. I told her that was the last time would see me in that restaurant and that it was a real shame because she did not realise that her salary and the business could suffer because of her rude attitude"

"I dined at this restaurant for the first time tonight. The service and food were impeccable. The steak and sea bass mains were absolutely delicious, and we couldn't even finish all of the vegetables or potatoes. I deducted one star for the atmosphere, as the noise from the street was a bit distracting, though this is out of the restaurant's control. This will be the first of many visits, as I highly recommend it. The meal type was dinner, with a price per person ranging from £50–60. I rated the food 5 out of 5, the service 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere 4 out of 5. I would recommend trying the Cordon Bleu dish."

"I ordered from here because the reviews on Just eat were very good. Ordered two curries, naan, rice and some starters for myself and my wife. The delivery came quickly in about minutes which was impressive but there was no naan in the bag. Like any...customer I called the restaurant and asked them to send me a naan, after putting me on hold and speaking to his staff he kept telling me to look for a white foil bag which the naan was in but I had already told him several times that there was no naan in the bag. After a while of back and fourth he sent me another naan . Half way through my meal I got a phone call from the restaurant manager and he tells me I've checked the CCTV footage and the naan was in the bag I was mortified by the level of customer service and the fact that he called me half way through my meal just to try and cover up his mistake. I paused for a moment after he said all of this on the phone and as I was about to respond he just hung up the phone. I can understand a restaurant getting an order wrong or forgetting to deliver something but to call me twice and just be rude and condescending about the situation is unforgiveable. The thing that annoys me the most is that we actually enjoyed the food but the service is terrible. I now understand why it's just a takeaway place, because if it was a restaurant they would get a lot if dissatisfied customers."

"No food after 2.30pm Even something as simple as mushrooms on toast. Basically turns into a coffee/cake shop there after Also went in good Friday at 1.30pm to order Mushrooms on toast...to be told they gad ran out even though i was staring at 2 big beautiful bowls of fresh mushrooms/portobello mushrooms. Seriously, after a little discussion i asked the girl to ask for me...she came back and said they could do a very small portion. Great, something is better than nothing, after a bit another girl came to take order, i said i thought that girl had done my food order, she came back no she sorry she hasn't, ok thank im going to have to leave it as have appointment at vision Express at 2.20pm and left. Grabbed a lovely cup of coffee at Nero. I believe the cafe has been taken over by new people and have made significant changes...im just disappointed in no being able to get even a simple dish in a cafe at 1.30pm when the issue wasnt lack of mushrooms...i found it quite frustrating. I work long hours and do shift work and just fancied a little treat in a genuinely lovely cafe but unable to keep up with the growing demands unless you just want coffee and cake!!"

"I visited this restaurant for the first and last time. I ordered a bacon sandwich and sat down. After a few minutes, I realized that I hadn't specified what type of bread I wanted, and no one had asked me at the time of ordering. I went up to ask for brown bread, but was told it was too late by a unfriendly waitress who took my order. The sandwich was served on white bread and was not cut in half properly. The staff all seemed unhappy, and the person serving me had a bad attitude."

"very nice family café. deco to today, very clean place with a very friendly staff. eating was very good. I had builder breakfast set 1. it was very good and it came on the table quite fast. I can't see how I could give them a little less than 5 stars. it was a good meal, served in a clean modern place, at a very competitive price on a friendly wise. exactly what they expect when they eat in the breakfast café. credit where credit is due. will definitely be back. thanks to all in the griddle diner"
