"I ordered from here because the reviews on Just eat were very good. Ordered two curries,naan,rice and some starters for myself and my wife. The delivery came quickly in about 30 minutes which was impressive but there was no naan in the bag. Like any...customer I called the restaurant and asked them to send me a naan, after putting me on hold and speaking to his staff he kept telling me to look for a white foil bag which the naan was in but I had already told him several times that there was no naan in the bag. After a while of back and fourth he sent me another naan . Half way through my meal I got a phone call from the restaurant manager and he tells me I 've checked the CCTV footage and the naan was in the bag , I was mortified by the level of customer service and the fact that he called me half way through my meal just to try and cover up his mistake. I paused for a moment after he said all of this on the phone and as I was about to respond he just hung up the phone. I can understand a restaurant getting an order wrong or forgetting to deliver something but to call me twice and just be rude and condescending about the situation is unforgiveable. The thing that annoys me the most is that we actually enjoyed the food but the service is terrible. I now understand why it 's just a takeaway place, because if it was a restaurant they would get a lot if dissatisfied customers."

we had chickens jalfresi, cute kofta and Pilau rice and naan. it came on time with poppadomen and sauces. everything was delicious, and enough was left for the next day. highly recommended.

I would like to say that we had amazing takeaways recently with Mari Masala. They are a friendly team and the food is absolutely amazing. Everything is so tasty. I have 2 sons who both love it also. Would highly recommend !!!

Food was worst than trash. We ordered chilli paneer and Mogo. Told them to make it mild yet they added extra chillis and also added chill seeds to the naan bread. Absolutely **** takeaway food and expensive. Most terrible food in Northwood

we had a long day in the swimming pool and observed 28 different events where our granddaughter participated. When we came back home, I decided that it was a good idea to have an Indian take for 4 of us. that was excellent and for my wife and I who live in swansea, it has far exceeded our expectations and a mile.

we ordered to eat tonight and eat is first-class, but they have greedy with price increases. £2.50 extra from previous order of an item and much smaller portions for the rest with parlors for many smaller portions. but will not be reused to other selections. we have been customers for a long time and do not agree with what they do.

I'm not from this area originally, but I moved here with my wife 6 years ago and we only tried Mari Masala after my wife's regular place from her childhood closed down. 6 years on, we're still regular customers the food is always on...time and hot (warm) the quality is fantastic. It's often becomes our catering option when we have friends over and they always say the same. Never disappoints.

It was late afternoon when I was looking for a place to eat. I had an intense craving for the Indian food.I saw the Mari masala signboard on opposite side of Northwood hills station in HP6 postcode area. I couldn't resist myself and got in...the takeaway after barking my car next to it. The person on reception helped me in choosing couple of barbecue items. It took 15 minutes to prepare all that because they cooked everything on order from fresh meet and veg.
