"My daughter came to this restaurant yesterday to have a pizza. She is 11 years old. She ordered a cheese pizza that was advertised as £5. However, the man serving her asked for £6.50 instead. When she pointed out that the menu clearly stated £5, he insisted that it was actually £6.50. He then started to become impatient with her when she continued to argue that it was £5. It was not a good experience trying to rip off an 11 year old."

"This is a review of a restaurant that I had a disappointing experience at. Upon arriving, I ordered a hoagie that had an unexpected ingredient in it. When I questioned the staff member about it, he made inappropriate comments about wanting to explore my body. He then followed a minor into the restroom, and the child was not seen again after he left. This behavior is absolutely disgusting, especially for a restaurant with "king" in its name. Stay away from this establishment."

"if I would give less star, then we order two pizzas and some pages, so about £30 the pizza were completely uncooked, we were already a few bites in and then realized it. that has yelled for days. the combative manager said. they sent a refund, but only eating did not see it at their end when I called the restaurant to seek a solution, the manager continued to talk about me and refused to find a solution, and they repeated that it had nothing to do. are like not another ACTUAL-EVIDENCE of refund after a week disgusted and never ordering from them again."

"Brilliant. Was up in Aberdeen, from a bit down to coast, for a hospital visit. Timed it so we could get a takeaway in the 'toon ' before heading back home with it. Did a Google search for decent curry houses in the area and came up with this place. So, first time there for us. Called from the hospital grounds at just after 4pm and was told the food would be ready in about half an hour. We headed up there, arriving a wee bit early but our order was ready. Got it back home and boy it was fantastic. Lamb Seekh Kebab and vegetarian platter (for the wife) and both were great. I then had the Prawn Bombay Flame and Keema Rice and she had Prawn Dhansak with Pilau Rice. Add a Tarka Dhall on the side and Keema and Cheese Naans, popadoms and dips etc and things were complete. The quality of the food was just fantastic and the prawns were some of the best I 've ever had in a curry. Helpings were abundant as well. I cannot fault this place. Friendly staff too and clean and tidy wee shop. This may have been our first takeaway from here but rest assured it will not be our last. Brilliant!!!! Cheers!!!"

I couldn't make calls to follow orders. when it finally arrived, it was wrong, ordered bananen drown, great when they order an allergy, lemon ice radiation and reused orange mud from inaccessible taste, ordered a pot with heavenly and lemon sorbet and got a chip of lemon sorty. to say I was disappointed, is an understatement! currently isolating, so can not be delicious. incapable, contact with shop."

"I have to say I was very surprised how bad my experience was with the Spice Merchant was. It started very badly with the food taking two hours to be delivered. This was after several calls over that period where we were told that the food was on its way and should be with us in five minutes. That was a bad start but the food was just as bad. The only saving grace were the starters of chicken lamb lollipops which were tasty. The main courses were all very disappointing, lacking spice and flavour. They were also swimming in oil. The breads were also flavourless. I don’t like to give reviews like this but in this case it is well deserved especially as it was extremely expensive. £150 for five people. For that kind of money it should have been allot better. Worst curry I have had I recent memory! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40"

"Having travelled 4hrs, booked into our lodgings we needed food. Being on the way from hungry to hangry it had to be good. We couldn’t have picked a better place. The welcome was warm and inviting, the service was patient and with a smile. The food was exceptional. We tried dishes we hadn’t tried before and were very happy. The restaurant was nicely presented and we were never going to be sat on top of each other had it been full. The man in charge was very amenable and his local knowledge and chat was welcome. "Ordered a large chicken tikka kebab with sauce separate at an extra cost from here and large chips and cheese got home to realise that there was no sauce and the chips were cold… I called to complain and he was so unhelpful and had a disagreement about it then eventually offered to give me my sauce which I paid for after speaking for ages in there own language but said I would need to come along for it and I said by the time I come all the way back along for the sauce my food will all be freezing and I want fresh chips they refused until I asked to speak to manager then he said bring all food back and we will replace it all so I did… I go all the way back along to get my fresh order and to return my food and explained that I was pregnant and can’t have the chicken reheated for them to then give me a donner wrap instead and reheated chips I got all the way home again to realise this and had to go all the way back for my refund! I wasted fuel there and back there and back again and they just looked at us and said it was another mistake shocking customer service and a ridiculous way to treat a pregnant woman"
