If you think this place is good, you must have incredibly low standards. "Delivery takes the ****. I ordered food from Uber Eats, whoever my delivery driver was, he was rude and arrogant. He received my address very clearly. The location I’m at has two postcodes: one ending 7sx and the other 7ss both postcodes will get you at the same location. I called him to ask how long it would take, rudely he hang up by saying you should give me one postcode, without understanding that both postcodes are technically the same. He kept talking and don’t let me finish and explain him and he hung up two times while I wasn’t speaking. When he was outside, he was walking towards me, I was ringing him and noticed him, I waived I said is it you? He didn’t respond, I thought he might not have heard, I said it again, he ignored me. Don’t do delivery job if you don’t know how to get to a simple address and sorry to say but if the guy was even a bit friendly, I could have been a bit patient and understanding but it is his mistake and he shows me attitude?!"

"A lovely wee night out with my Girlfriend for a meal here. Food was real good. Service was just nice, no long waits. We enjoyed everything thing we got. Had a wer laugh with the waiter. We started with a soup. I had Daal soup, it's a lentil soup with a difference. hot to the back of your throat. It would burn the hairs of a mans chest from the inside out lol. It was lovely. Finished it to the end. My Girlfriend had chicken Soup then the main meal. No waste. So enjoyable. The photos of the menus, I think there are the carry out ones."

"the employees of venue5 have no service. from here ordered to the mothers day, not only the food was cold, the whole meal did not arrive. "Very surprised to read some of the reviews from visitors at TigerBay Shisha and Carlton Lounge as we have always had excellent service and the food is some of the best Indian dishes we have had.We were seated inside the TigerBay Shisha Lounge however as this has open sides all round and even an open roof in warmer days or nights, we felt completely safe and COVID protected. The evening was very busy but had a great atmosphere and we didn’t feel cramped or as if we were too near to other customers. The music especially with the appearance of DJ Shraii gives something a little bit extra special than other venues.All members of staff wore face masks and we noticed they politely reminded any customers to use their masks when not seated at their tables.The food is always hot and you can hear the sizzle plates sizzling as the food is served. Portions are really generous and we usually find it hard choosing from all the delicious dishes on offer.The mocktails are especially good and the fruity versions topped with fresh and sweet fruit. We have not tried the Shisha varieties however talking to people we met last week, they said the choices are good and flavours excellent quality. So even without Shisha being available at the moment under Covid rules, TigerBay Shisha Lounge is a great venue.We are looking forward to spending many more summer evenings especially in the garden area which is beautifully filled with gorgeous plants and makes you feel you are on holiday and not just on an evening out.Keep doing what you do so well TigerBay Shisha and Carlton Lounge."

"The food at this restaurant is made fresh to order. The Dal could use a bit more salt, but it was still good when paired with rice. The standout aspect of this place is the excellent service. The host even went above and beyond to create a new mocktail for a colleague who did not like the Virgin Colada. The food may take a bit longer to be served since it is made to order, but it is definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend this restaurant for its exceptional service and fresh, made-to-order food."

"This restaurant was once a popular destination with locations in Mumbai and London. They used to also have a location in New Delhi. Unfortunately, the restaurant has not kept up with the times. The decor is poor, with dirty carpets and food on the floor. There were only two waiters for the entire dinner service. The food was overly salty and the Naan was not prepared in a traditional tandoor oven. My family has visited the locations in New Delhi and Mumbai and were expecting a similar experience in London. Sadly, we will not be returning."

"Used this place has a late night curry has my friend said it’s okay I had lamb madras and mild chicken curry with boiled rice and naan bread by the time I got home which was a 5 mile Trek across the other side of town the food was still piping or plus the owner gave us free Pompa Dom‘s and onion chutney which was a nice. Food tasted very nice. Location is easy to find has soon has you enter hersall lane its the 1st left just after the bathroom company and 200 yds on your right by the 1 junction food is good the takeaway building could do with a revamp otherwise I recommend this late night balti shop."

"Orders through just eat and the deliver time was an hour and ten minutes. After this time the app updated to say the food had been delivered but nothing had arrived. I rang direct and was told that the order had been lost in the kitchen and hadn't even been processed. Promised it would be delivered within half an hour. I rang again 45 minutes later and was told it was on the way. Order didn't arrive until a further 25 minutes later. Driver was apologetic and said a driver had broken down. Might have been believable if it hadn't been for the initial mistake with the order and the 2 hour delay. He offered half price next time but I assured him there wouldn't be a next time after such poor service. Sat down to cold food at 9pm after placing the order at 6.19pm. Just awful. Avoid at all costs."

"Reception was a bit difficult to find myself, but staff has been extremely helpful during my stay. Check-in was smooth, and room was a very nicely sized area, which also appeared very clean. Received a message from the hotel that the music in the bar could lead to noise until 2am, however this was very well covered. Couldn't hear the music from the room. Breakfast was good as well, freshly prepared for me on the spot. Would definitely recommend to others when staying in or near March. Thank you for your hospitality!"
