"Amazing food as always, fantastic customer and delivery service. Very kind and polite, takes messages of food into account and prepares as requested. I have disabilities so I truly appreciate, staff's patience when delivering food. I feel guilty for constantly ordering from Balti Raj, I just can't stop. The food quality is amazing and honestly affordable. I have bought food from other restaurants, where the portion is just about enough for one person and everything is so expensive, that we have ended up going without food, at times. However, I have been grateful that we are getting something to eat and because of my grateful attitude. I have been blessed to remember about Balti Raj and we have been eating well since ordering from Balti Raj, Alhamdulillah. Sorry for my long review, InshaAllah I hope others get to experience the amazing food and service, I have been receiving. This place is ridiculous! It is 01:30 and my food still hasn’t arrived, there is no communication from the restaurant, they don’t answer the phone, and when they do they are rude and dismissive. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT

Terrible terrible service. Food never showed, didn't answer their phone. First time we managed to get through they said it was on the way, hour later still nothing. Ended up having to cancel it and go without food as partner had to get up for work and couldn't really wait another 3 hours to eat. View menu

*EDIT* order arrived after a very long wait Order never turned up and the customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional, hanging up on us a total of 3 times after asking where our order was, even after kindly asking them not to put the phone down. I don't understand what kind of business does that. I do not recommend ordering from here.

placed an order for delivery, waited over an hour past the expected delivery time and still hadnt arrived. I rang the restaurant multiple times, finally got through to them and asked how long the driver will be, they said it would be 5 mins and 30 mins later the order still hadn't come. the restaurant stopped answering the phone, dont bother ordering from here
