Terrible service made me wait a whole hour!!! till I called them to check wer my delivery was and I was told they can’t deliver the food.

Food never came, when asked where the food is, I was told absolute lies, that it was on its way. Don't order from here! Customer service is laughable at best. View menu

We ordered takeway food last night from Raj Balti as treat to friends, we ordered Shahi Chicken Makhni, mix grilled plater, Nan, and Tikka masala, food was very nice and deliverd hot, love to order from them again, 5 start rating

I've been in birmingham for a month, for the first time I had such a tasty eating in one. last week I ordered "raj naga special" from myself. it was such a wonderful experience. the chef was brilliant! the staff was so friendly. I would like to have such food daily. soo yummmy!

Ordered a takeaway for collection they said 20 mins waited 45 mins. The food was disgraceful it tasted like a whole bucket of salt was poured in. Could not even eat a mouthful it went straight in the bin. The lady could barely speak english so waste of time complaining she just about got the order correct after five times repeating it. Took a punt on this one from our usual place as it was on uber eats. On the plus side, it was inexpensive. I won't say value for money as, well, value implies a great product for a reasonable price. I had the naga mixed meat. She had a vegetable paneer curry. And a keema naan. Took forever to arrive, well over an hour twenty minutes, thought it was becoming ridiculous and eventually driver showed up. The Naga was okay, not terrible, and was definitely spot on heat wise, and Naga flavours (not too salty like some reviews I've seen) My issue was the meat was tiny little diced pieces of meat, really chewy and not anywhere near the standard of meat, or quantity I'd expect at any price. We have a take away around once a week as a treat. We have used Balti Raj amongst others . Last Friday they surpassed themselves. We ordered the meal deal for two which at £16.00 including delivery is excellent value for money. We split the chicken tikka and onion bhaji starters between us, plenty of salad and raita along with poppadums along with a portion of bombay aloo. The main courses were chicken and mushroom balti for me, chicken tikka sag for him. Mine was perfect for me, I cannot remember when I last enjoyed a meal that much, either eat in or take away. Always ordered from here, the credit Munch deals are brilliant value... however!! The last 2 times meals have been incredibly salty, and the 'starter ' foods virtually cold. Also arrived early, but this specific time we received no notification that it was being sent on the way. We were in the pub at the time, the delivery time said 10.40. The pub is a 3min walk from where we live, so we were all set to leave with coats on at 10.30, however we got a phonecall at 10.20 saying I 'm here now.
