"Attended a pre wedding party yesterday evening on August hosted by the Nandas (please check with the host and don’t deny the fact that this party ever happened or I did not attend like you do in response to your other reviews). To start with, horribly slow starter service. For a table service one would expect either the food to be replenished quickly or at least bought out when asked. Here you get a response, “wait, it’s being cooked.” No please, no sorry, in short, no manners. Here’s the real problem though. A restaurant of this size says, we have run out of Chicken Nuggets for kids. Who doesn’t have spare nuggets in the kitchen? And if not, should you not offer more chips instead? Keeping kids hungry is just not done. The mains were just okay quality/quantity wise but nowhere near their restaurant food. We have been to the restaurant many times and hence our expectations were a bit high, probably different chefs for restaurant and parties or whatever. But no complaints in general on mains and desserts. The final nail in the coffin. After dancing, I go to the bar asking for WATER. The very NICE lady says, “we don’t have any water jugs back here.” I ask for TAP WATER instead. She goes, “We don’t have any glasses.” I can clearly see at least crates of nice clean glasses behind the bar. Tired and really thirsty, I go to the other side near the kitchen end asking a waiter for water. Her response is even more alarming. NO WATER IN THE KITCHEN. Even my year old would not buy this answer. I really demand an explanation on the reason for not providing the most basic necessity to your guests. It was at night and did not want to raise it back then at the venue but without any explanation to this, I doubt anyone reading this review will ever want to host a party with Venue unless THE HOSTS ARE READY TO TAKE ABOUT BOTTLES OF LITRE WATER WITH THEM. In a nutshell, Venue did all they could to ruin the evening for the lovely couple. For anyone thinking to host an event here in the future, I am more than happy to come forward and share my experience in more details. YES, there was more than this but not trivial."

We had a lovely Christmas lunch the restaurant was very accommodating to our needs for making sure that one of our colleague didn’t get spicy food at all. Merry Christmas and a happy new year from all at tRIIO

We decided to come to for lunch to have a business meeting. I wanted our Boss to try some vegetarian dishes as he is a big meat eater. After starter dishes we have converted our Director to try the vegetarian dishes more often. He even tried dessert dishes and was very impressed with the food and service at A massive thank you to Eddie who served us today. Hedid an amazing job considering he seemed on his own. He is a great asset to View menu

Took them 2hrs to get our food. We were a family of 4 -when we threatened to walk out the excuse given was it’s hectic in kitchen!! When the food eventually arrived we had a spicy bit and ordered water which took another 30 min to arrive. I had to walk over to bar to ask for it, where the waiter was more concerned about what was punched not the system than whether the client was choking for water How badly organised do you have to be for a restaurant to be this awful The so called manager of the restaurant is a joke If you want to support a local restaurant find another one .....

The lack of service, staff have is appalling. Ordered from here on mothers day, not only did the food turn up cold, the whole meal didn't arrive. I called the restaurant whom then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t deliver my food as they were busy and that I should call back the next day to sort the matter out. Ruining mothers day meal, with not enough food and having to spend more money elsewhere for food. Food was overpriced for the amount received. Its been over a week and nothing has been done, due to nobody apparently having the authority to refund me my money back. Been told I would be contacted by the manger about the matter. Whom seems to always be busy and not wanting to rectify th...

"what a disappointment, never again. well booked in advance for a Saturday evening meal for three and was very excited about it. was in zaza both in bushey and in pinner and had nothing but good experiences, so thought it would be nice. to have a change of landscape in ruislip. how wrong I was. it was shown our table that was right next to the door and in the middle of the entrance, right where someone went to the restaurant that waited for her table, would float and not a suitable room to enjoy a quiet family dinner. I understand that the last years were challenging for restaurants, but even if they want to add some extra seats in less than ideal places, they should at least warn their patrons before they book them. When I asked if we could be moved, I was asked what was wrong with the table and when I pointed out that the unpleasant edification was welcomed by apathie. I asked if we could be changed to one of the many other empty tables in the venue and said that they were all booked, but that we could wait to see if someone was gone I had booked our table week to be clearly offered the worst place in the house and then essentially treated like an inconvenient walkable to ask left an extremely acid taste. I found the personal I spoke to be cold and quite rude. feeling frustrated and unintentional, we decided to take our business elsewhere and received a warm greeting and a beautiful meal on the road on the mamma pink."
