"Very surprised to read some of the reviews from visitors at TigerBay Shisha and Carlton Lounge as we have always had excellent service and the food is some of the best Indian dishes we have had.We were seated inside the TigerBay Shisha Lounge however as this has open sides all round and even an open roof in warmer days or nights, we felt completely safe and COVID protected. The evening was very busy but had a great atmosphere and we didn’t feel cramped or as if we were too near to other customers. The music especially with the appearance of DJ Shraii gives something a little bit extra special than other venues.All members of staff wore face masks and we noticed they politely reminded any customers to use their masks when not seated at their tables.The food is always hot and you can hear the sizzle plates sizzling as the food is served. Portions are really generous and we usually find it hard choosing from all the delicious dishes on offer.The mocktails are especially good and the fruity versions topped with fresh and sweet fruit. We have not tried the Shisha varieties however talking to people we met last week, they said the choices are good and flavours excellent quality. So even without Shisha being available at the moment under Covid rules, TigerBay Shisha Lounge is a great venue.We are looking forward to spending many more summer evenings especially in the garden area which is beautifully filled with gorgeous plants and makes you feel you are on holiday and not just on an evening out.Keep doing what you do so well TigerBay Shisha and Carlton Lounge."

Disgraceful staff , so rude and non attentive , put us near the door was freezing ,ordered one drink and then said your times up after waiting in the queue for 25 mins to get inside , then only excepted cash...so had to go cashpoint , terrible service ..never ever again DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Have nothing but regret in what i experienced with a security guard and my friend, coming at 3 girls like he wants to fight! Disgusting! Get some men out there who know about customer service and their job! Maybe another security guard should have intervened and kicked his ass out for his anti social behaviour!

The food at this restaurant is made fresh to order. The dal could use a little more salt, but it pairs well with the rice. The highlight of the experience was the exceptional service. The host went above and beyond to offer a colleague a specialty mocktail when she didn't enjoy the Virgin Colada. Although there may be a bit of a wait for the food since it is made to order, it is definitely worth it. I highly recommend this restaurant for its excellent service and delicious, freshly made food.

Had booked a table in the lounge for 5 people for my 23rd birthday. I had specifically chosen this venue, even though it is far away from me, for the non-tobacco shisha so that all my guests could try it. I was genuine very excited and had already chosen from the menu online which shisha and cocktails I’d wanted to try. We booked our Uber and ended up arriving 9 minutes late due to traffic (40 minute journey). The staff were kind enough to let keep our table, but when we entered to do track and trace, they said it was cash only and for us to walk to the nearest cash machine, but not to worry as we would not lose our place.
