When inquiring about ingredients for allergies, they bluntly stated they didn't know how the food was sourced. Our group felt like a burden. The service was painfully slow, leading to one member not being able to enjoy their meal as it arrived late. Even after requesting a cooler dessert, it was served too hot and then taken away without our consent. The restroom was cold, unkempt, and lacked basic amenities. The set menu was not good value for money and had to be specifically asked for as it was not advertised."
