"Ordered a chefs special (Asian style) pizza however I received some random pizza with donner on it. Even the donner was raw and did not taste right so had to bin it. Very disappointed as was looking forward to a decent pizza. Ordered few times before and it was good however was really badly let down this time. Won't be ordering again for sure. "I have ordered from this restaurant through their website about 15 times last year, and it has been consistently fantastic. I would rate the taste 8/10, where 5/10 is an average supermarket frozen pizza. Recently, there was a mistake in my order as they gave me wedges instead of garlic bread and cookies were missing. However, since I live on Miskin Street, the food always arrives hot, though I can't speak for the delivery to those further away. The family deal for £28 is great value for money, providing enough food for a midnight snack and the following day. When reading the 1-star reviews, take them with a grain of salt as people often only write a review if their experience was either terrible or outstanding. I have consistently seen high-quality food delivered before midnight, so I believe any issues may arise with late-night orders or long-distance deliveries."

"Having visited here for breakfast a few months back, when the food and service was excellent, we went back for lunch. The options for a light lunch aren’t great but what we had was ok. Nothing special though. The service was a massive let down. Took ages to take our drinks order, another wait to give our food order, we had to ask for a second drink even though our glasses had been empty a long time, we asked for ketchup but got mayo instead…. you get the idea. There was only one other table in so it’s not like they were busy!! We will go back, for breakfast on the lovely waterside terrace, and just hope we are served by the lovely gentleman and not the young lady desperately in need of some training!"

"Went here for dinner. Food was good, on the expensive side for what it was. Service was friendly and good, but you expect it to be when you go for dinner. Bit more upmarket place than a pub, nice environment. My only negative was the added 12.5% service charge. My absolute pet hate. What happened to tipping if you want to? I strongly object to this freedom to add it it to the bill without permission. Based on that I would not go out of my way to go back. Life is expensive enough these days without the 'presumption ' you should add a tip for the pleasure of someone taking a food and drink order and bringing it to your table. They are already being paid to do that. If it is a management thing, then increase the prices by 12.5% on the menu and be transparent about it. I object that you add it to the bill, unauthorised. You say, it 's discretionary, and you can ask for it to be removed, that puts a lot of people in an (un necessary) uncomfortable position to have to 'ask ' for it to be removed in the first place. I for one would, others would be embarrassed to do so. How about just 'not putting it there in the first place '? Just because others have started doing this does not make it right."

"Use their standalone app for several years without a big problem (some confused orders, usually sorted, but the food is good so it is worth a bit of faff) But this time the restaurant has refused to get the order, and claims that I ordered from somewhere else, despite the fact that it has listed their phone number that I called via app orders without problem on the same app that I have for years, the same settings, with payment under Pizza omore trade name. The guy in the restaurant finally told me that it's not his problem and that *I* have to call *her* app developers to sort it. Absolute shame. Avoid."

"I have to say this is the only time I have visited where I haven’t been satisfied It took ages for our order to be take for drinks when they eventually did take our drinks order we jumped at the chance and ordered our food. The starter arrived which was a sharing Camembert and we were not offered side plates which meant there was lots of cheese over the table after we had finished The food was ok I have no complaints there but after our plates were cleared for the main they did nor ask us to see the dessert menu or asked if we would like anything else. We waited and waited thinking that she would come back and we tried to get their attention without shouting by this time she had cleared the table next to us was being cleared and she immediately offered them the dessert menu. After half an hour of waiting to see the menu my fiancÃe had to walk up to the staff in the other room and ask for the bill because we weren’t going to be ordering desserts after having to wait. They were very apologetic but by this time it was too late. As myself and my partner don’t get to go on dates very often it ruined our one night out Service is everything in any establishment whether you’re eating pub grub or Michelin star food it’s not difficult to give great service and be attentive but when you clearly have wait staff who really clearly don’t want to be there it really shows I’m hoping this isn’t a regular occurrence but we won’t be going back for a little while."

I have never had any issues with the food, and the staff are always accommodating of food allergies. They also patiently wait for you to make a decision. "Having visited this take away whilst on business, I ordered a large pizza, was charged £11.95 plus 45p to pay with card. Whilst waiting outside for the pizza to be made, I noticed the advertised price for any large pizza was £7.99. I returned to...the cashier to ask why I was charged more than the advertised price. The manager was called to explain'. His response was, we advertise a price of £7.99 but if you do not ask for that price, we charge you £11.95. Quite astonished and expecting some form of apology along with a refund for the difference, I was met with an argumentative manager' who simply asserted it was my fault for not asking for the advertised price! I demanded a refund and sadly had to find an alternative take away (which turned out to provide a better service, product amd price). Very disappointing indeed!"
