"I just want to pay my tributes to Maze Grill and the staff for the excellent experience we had when we visited you for dinner on New Years Eve! Me and my family felt ourself very special already from the entrance, the bar and throughout the whole dinner. Especially our headwaiter (think his name was Karnal? but also his colleagues had much to do but never failed in attention, on the contrary there where not a single second we had to wait or ask for anything. Nice details as when someone constantly have an eye if our glasses needed to be filled up or when our son dropped the fork he had a new one even faster than he could of picked it up himself from the floor. And we noticed that the staff picked up the napkins and folded it and put it back whenever someone went to toilet or so. And it never felt pushy or so, just nice and friendly discreet attention. And what about the food? The garlic shrimps for starter was great as a appetizer and the steak for main course was perfectly executed, as well as the chips and the cole slaw was to die for. Again the attention for detail was great since we had different choices all four of us. The sommelier presented the wines on an Ipad to choose from and we struck gold for choosing a red stellenbosch one. If we have anything to complain about the wine could of been a couple of degrees colder, it was room temperatur I believe. We could of said something but we didn´t since we already got our main courses. When we left Maze Grill for heading out for the fireworks the doorman helped us with a cab…all nice details that makes you feel happy to pay the bill even if its much more than you usually spend on a dinner as an ”average family”. We will certainly visit you again and we will look for other Ramsay restaurants whenever we travel abroad again. Hope you will find a place in Stockholm to start up a new restaurant someday! "First class. Food and service were superb. Truly accomplished and delicious dishes. My friend, who doesn’t really care much for food, declared the honey parfait dessert to be the best thing he’d ever eaten. I had the rhubarb soufflé, the presentation of which is hilariously risqué! The rack of Dover sole was exquisite. Lots of little treats too. The sommelier was really good even though we weren’t splashing out on wine on this occasion. Her dirty dry martinis were excellent. Overall, a five-star experience. Ambience-wise, it was a bit quiet on Saturday lunch; and it is undeniably expensive. No doubt a causal connection between those two minor quibbles. However, we both agreed that it was worth it and have spent comparable sums (or more) elsewhere for far less. The team behind this restaurant are at the top of their game: they appear to love what they do; and pull out the stops to give their guests a wonderful time. The staff were attentive and kind but not intrusive. Consummate professionals."

"We had BT as our server at the Bar and Grill in Mayfair for my girlfriend's birthday, and he was fantastic! The managers were excellent as well. The food was the best I've ever had, especially the wagyu steak, which was cooked to perfection. They even sang happy birthday, gave us complimentary dessert, and brought out a little sticky toffee pudding with a candle, along with "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate on the plate. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"We had made a reservation for 17:30 and received a confirmation email for the booking. We were looking quite forward to enjoying a meal there as we had heard that the restaurant had great food and service. Unfortunately the booking system had made a mistake and put our booking in for 11:00 instead of 17:30. The manager with glasses a short hair, refused to give us her name was extremely rude when handling this issue. We showed her our confirmation email and she completely disregarded it. The least she could have done is apologies for the mistake the system had made. She spoke to us as we were idiots. It is unacceptable to treat a customer this way. The place look really nice unfortunately with a manager like that, it reflects on the owners of the establishment. I will not be recommending this restaurant and will encourage friends not to go there. Rather go to Ask Italian where we had no booking but they happily accommodated us and their food and service is great."

"We got to the door of SHE, the bouncer saw what she assumed was a female and a male, and refused entry. Absolutely shocking behaviour, in all places where one should feel safe and accepted, the bouncer was not accepting of us. We were two white people, who knows if it were different if we were not. Shocking, humiliating, and actually rather disgusting. I only hope this bar hires more accepting people without stigma’s, it completely ruined the experience of Soho, and an iconic bar like that should know better. Not fair, not right, absolute prejudice. The surrounding bars were far more accepting, and that pains me writing that, as I had high hopes. I’ve seen men inside SHE before, having a great time, but this was an absolute abuse of power from a unjust door person."

"I had booked this restaurant as a surprise for my girlfriend's birthday weekend, as she is a dedicated mother of two and a full-time special needs teacher. However, to my disappointment, the restaurant was closed in February. This completely ruined what was supposed to be a special getaway. "We were initially seated and given the menu, but we noticed there was no drinks menu. When we tried to order drinks, the server assumed we already knew what we wanted despite not having a drinks menu. We ordered wings that were overcooked, but the shrimp was tasty. Next, we ordered the skewers. The skewers were brought to our table, but we were left to cook them ourselves. When we tried to cut the meat off the skewers, another waiter scolded us and said that the other waiters would have taken care of it for us. Overall, the service was lacking, particularly from the Asian server with glasses. The skewers themselves were delicious, but we experienced better service at a more affordable restaurant."

"Went to Meat Co for my anniversary. There was a hair in my steak. I'm not so much annoyed about this but was more frustrated at the attitude from the Manager. Firstly, she denied that there was a hair making me feel as if I was lying about it. Secondly, they expected my boyfriend to eat his food whilst i watched him for 30 minutes whilst a new steak was cooked. Had to keep pushing for our food to come together, rolled her eyes took all the food and brought back the food altogether. Bad experience on this occasion but have previously had a good experience at this restaurant."

"We stopped by The Natural Kitchen for a Saturday brunch after shopping on Oxford Street. The place was bustling and a bit noisy, but the service was excellent. The waitress, despite the hectic atmosphere, was friendly and incredibly helpful—big thanks to her! As for the food, The Natural Kitchen offers a very healthy menu, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We even indulged in dessert, and both options were fantastic, especially the chocolate torte, which was simply wonderful."

"No one to meet us at the door and show us to a table. When we headed to a table, we were intercepted by the manageress, who rolled her eyes and raised eyebrows in dismay that we were headed for a table. We were told that we had to sit at a table for two, although a lone female customer came in just after us, who sat at a table for four, as did a man five minutes later. There were parents struggling at smaller tables, trying to feed their children. There was a poor choice of beverage and much on the menu was not available. One expects to pay a premium when eating out and in return one expects not to be treated by a sarcastic manageress. I expect my wife and myself to be treated with dignity, if not respect. This was a shameful experience which I certainly will not allow to happen again. The manageress lacks charm and finesse, and the food is overpriced and uninteresting."

"I ordered The Don with Chunky Skin-on Fries and Garlic Mayo dipping sauce. It was the best burger I have ever had! No wonder there was about a 15-20 mins wait, because it was worth it. The waitress was adorable. I would definitely recommend it and I wish we would've visited it another time to try something else, it is a must-try!"

Just very unorganised some people in the party received their food 30 minutes after the rest of the party had finished. "GBK staff are friendly, our food arrived promptly and it was tasty. But it's close to £20 per head for a drink, burger and fries. There was no queue to get in, but a near 20 minute wait to place you order. You have to rejoin the queue to refresh or order additional drinks. We spent 20 minutes eating, 15 minutes waiting for food and about 35 minutes in queues! I'd get the advantage of this model if the food were reasonably priced, but it's not. There are numerous alternatives to GBK, I won't be hurrying back."

"Room was overwarm, ran out of onion rings on Easter Sunday so no shops open to get more! Felt it was expensive for what it was no better quality than say a Beefeater at what felt like high prices. Service was friendly and fairly quick but were not many guests think they may have struggled if full. May go back again to a more local restaurant but only if a special occasion due to prices. Suggest they use another platform than OpenTable for booking though as I unsubscribed previously due to getting spammed with emails all the time."

"The food was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. The staff were quite pushy about taking our order, which didn't allow us much time to peruse the menu. This may have been influenced by the current restrictions, but it felt a bit overwhelming. Additionally, they served all the food at once. While the quality of the food was impressive, the staff could have been more friendly and personable instead of coming across as robotic."
