"I've been going to 80/20 since it very first opened, it used to be amazing but... I had noticed over the past couple of months orders were coming back wrong nearly every week or they'd always seem to run out all the time of basics like bacon, and these were simple easy couldn't go wrong orders, so I couldn't understand it, but still give them the benefit of the doubt, considering our weekly orders from me and other colleges was around £100 per week, the price of meals there aren't exactly cheap, but we never had an issue as it was always fresh and amazing, but not any more, after a couple more weeks, I still placed orders but I found out the original owner wasn't there any more, maybe this was the reason for all the problems, I don't know but the staff become a little bit ignorant and rude when ever we had a problem, and now they have a new chef, so the once lovely cooked chicken and bacon salad has been replaced with what only looks like processed chicken minus bacon because they'd run out AGAIN!!!!!! thrown in a box with a bit of dressing on, so I wont be returning any more... such a shame as well, but to be honest, I'd sooner go across the road for a McDonalds chicken salad for half the price."
