"E' già la seconda volta che mangiamo in questo ristorante per due cerimonie diverse, la prima ad ottobre e siamo stati bene, abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Invece dove abbiamo pranzato nella seconda cerimonia nel mese di giugno mancavano sia l'aria condizionata che i ventilatori. Spero che il proprietario provveda al più presto perché il caldo era insostenibile da sentirsi male. Per quanto riguarda la preparazione dei piatti non posso che consigliarlo."

"WOW! The Christmas Day Lunch has to be the most spectacular experience I have ever had. The restaurant itself is gorgeous. Staff is so friendly and hard working. The lunch was a prix fixed menu 50 Euros. Course after course were all presented beautifully, with amazing organization and perfect timing delivered by the kitchen. The food served was just amazing! Beginning with antipasto dish, 4 additional, dishes, two pasta dishes, a roasted pork dish, pineapple and a wonderful hazelnut torte covered in chocolate atop a pool of the most delicious custard ever! Wonderful wine and espresso! When in Chieti you must visit this magnificent restaurant, reservations recommended. Thank you and Well Done!"

"I recently visited Fermenta and was blown away by the quality of their food. The pizza was cooked to perfection and had the perfect amount of cheese and toppings. The crust was crispy and flavorful, and the sauce was delicious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Fermenta and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend this spot for anyone in search of a delicious pizza!"

"This TrattoOsteria, as the sign says, is already worth visiting for the owner: a slaughtering istrionic, as there are few. And only he, who graciously irreverent, ironic and smiling imperverted to the hall, would go the five stars. The style of the room is still in the 1980s, with the walls covered with posters with scenes of films by Quentin Tarantino. And, I guarantee, the mix is paradoxically explosive. The dishes, then, are delicious: from the very rich and tasty appetizers, who expected us ready at the table when we arrived; to the first of the tradition, that we wanted to avoid for problems of space in the stomach but that the owner pleasantly forced us at least to taste. Special mention for large hand cut roasters, real specialty of the house: wonderful! We enjoyed both the small, the classics that are located throughout the area, and the famous large hand cutters: both excellent, but the hand cut ones are at a much higher level. Giant portions, honest price. Mostly thinking that is also included the spectacular verve of the landlord!"

"We were greeted with a welcoming smile and an invitation to sit down. Despite no real ability to translate between Italian and English we ordered some simple pasta and pizza dishes. The portions were generous and tasty. To top it off, we were given some pastries and melon for dessert. The atmosphere is one of a family cooking at home for guests. Loved it."

"Allergic to the sesame and I get many courses containing the sesame despite having said at the beginning of the dinner not to be able to eat it, to which after having specified it tell me that they make it present to the chefs and the wait becomes snervante! Then I don't get the same dishes I had ordered without sesame but I'm forced to order anything else! In short, a dinner, first experience in this place, I don't think I'm coming back!!! "we happened in this restaurant by chance, so to try, and the reception was immediately very positive. we ordered pizza with buffalo and pachino, a first to teramana, cut and a dozen roasts. premium pizza, superlative in cooking, consistency and quality. the first excellent, maybe the potatos were a little too tasty, but really delicious. the cut from series to, without any note, to the blood cooked to perfection. the neo (aiaiai) on the roasters, slightly too cooked. honest price, indeed better than others that are not even worth half of this restaurant. in total, between cleanliness, courtesy, speed, quality, goodness and pizza. 5 stars extra-merited.... we will definitely return thank you very much"

"Ci siamo recati in questo locale spinti dalla voglia di provare i tipici arrosticini abruzzesi. Nonostante sia una steak house, nel menù son presenti altri piatti, come una ampia scelta di pizze e diversi semplici primi. Il locale all'interno è molto semplice, rustico, all'esterno è presente un ampio spazio con tavoloni dove poter cenare. Abbiam diviso un antipasto e abbiamo finalmente provato gli arrosticini, sia quelli classici con carne di pecora, sia quelli di fegato; tutto davvero molto buono. La cameriera molto disponibile, cordiale e simpatica ci ha saputo consigliare, prezzo assolutamente onesto. Classico locale dove probabilmente se abitassi in zona frequentarei più spesso."

"We arrived in the dark not really knowing quite where we where! In the morning Jude opened the curtains and was totally astounded by the most spectacular sunrise and views over the hills towards the sea with the mists flowing in the valleys. The rooms were clean and most comfortable. There is a common lounge area beneath the restaurant just outside the rooms where we stayed that we used to share a bottle of wine with friends we made upstairs during our meal! Breakfast was a huge spread of cheese, cereal, meats, toast, bread and eggs as you want. This was enjoyed with views to die for out of the windows. Dinner was equally fantastic with typically many courses and with fresh pasta made by the owner. The house wine was more than acceptable, certainly after the second bottle!!! The owner did the most fantastic job of looking after us over the three days we stayed. I should also mentioned we are vegetarian and all the time we stayed he catered for us, he did so with meticulous care and understanding. Would we stay again, definitely!"

"Siamo capitati qui facendo una passeggiata dopo una visita a Chieti sotterranea. Ci ha colpito la tranquillità dell'ambiente, e subito abbiamo chiesto di poterci sedere in uno dei tavoli visibili da fuori, ovvero nell'androne di un palazzo antico. Ambiente davvero accogliente e rilassante, posto ampio, servizio veloce, attento e cordiale e un menù pazzesco: pizze di tutti i tipi, tanta scelta in generale e insalatone particolari. Prezzi buonissimi e porzioni abbondanti. Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo prendendo le pallotte cacio e uova e il pecorino di grotta come antipasti e i ravioli ricotta e spinaci e sagne e ceci come primi. Eravamo pienissimi per cui purtroppo non abbiamo preso altro, ma torneremo volentieri! Titolare cordialissimo. Il locale dentro è carino e ben tenuto, ha molti posti sia al piano terra e sia al piano di sopra. Consigliatissimo!!!"

"I was staying next door in the hotel for work and having this restaurant nearby was great. Good place for solo travellers. Staff is very friendly and efficient and they speak English. I ate here 4x, 3 dinners and 1 lunch. For lunch there is a self service area where they do a full menu with different options. Primo, secondo etc. For dinner I had a pizza, grilled chicken with a side salad and oven baked potatoes and on my last day a burger, because they looked good. portion sizes are generous. Price quality excellent. I would definitely come back here on future stays. There were many other restaurants nearby, but I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the food so kept coming back to Ristofficina"
