"Stopped here for lunch and was happy! Atmosphere: this is a small restaurant with limited seating. Upon entering, there is a small counter to the left from which you may order to do items. Seating is on the right. It is a nice, comfortable restaurant. Staff: the waitress was very attentive and polite. She ensured we had enough drinks and made sure to follow up on us frequently. Food: Each of us ordered something different, pizza slices, salad, spaghetti carbonara, and Flammkuchen. Every single one of us enjoyed our meal and I was exceptionally happy with the spaghetti as I had not been able to find any this good in a long time. They have a large selection of items for reasonable prices. This restaurant is definitely a great place to stop while you're walking through the small streets of Cochem doing some shopping or sight seeing!"

"Wir waren angenehm überrascht, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier absolut. Preise etwas günstiger als Mittelklasse in Cochem, Essen schmackhaft, reichlich und kam sehr schnell. Vor allem aufgefallen war und sofort der sehr freundliche (nicht aufgesetzt) Kellner, der offensichtlich Freude an seiner Arbeit hat, was nicht mehr so häufig unter deutschem Gaststättenpersonal anzutreffen ist. Außenplätze und ansprechende, zentrale Lage. Wir waren sehr zufrieden."

"Hotel located directly on the Moselle and very central (rooms with Moselle View book! . Room small, somewhat erratic, also the bathroom, this but new and above all very clean. In the hotel itself lift only from 1st floor. In the guest house Friedrich, belonging to the hotel, about 150m away, no elevator. This was unfortunately not communicated to us during the booking and we had the room in the 3rd floor and that with knee problems, of course we did not find good at all. Otherwise very nice, helpful staff, good breakfast buffet with an extremely nice and very friendly and attentive service. In the arrangement we had a wine tasting in the bouquet industry Daniel Bach, highly recommended, good, informative and entertaining. We were very surprised by the food, high quality and very good. So up to 3rd floor and a little older, smaller rooms highly recommended."

"Das Essen war ein Gaumenschmaus!!!! Der Besitzer ist sehr charmant, nahm sich trotz akutem Personalmangel Zeit für einen kleinen Plausch. Er wirkte zerstreut, doch bei dieser Sympathie und Geschmacksknospenexplosion ist das Nebensache. Das Ambiente angenehm. Die Location in direkter Nähe zur Mosel mit Blick zur Reichsburg. Die Preise angemessen, nicht überzogen. Die Karte klein, jedoch sehr gut. Gerne wieder!!!"
