"Although it seems lie there are few vegetarian restaurants in Madrid where one can eat without just processed products. are very trendy small locals, in cool neighborhoods, designed for young travelers, who offer burgers,' sausages' or even chicken' fake, to satisfy people who don't know what to eat vegetarian' implies forgetting conventional guidelines. artemisa is a real vegetarian, for something has been in the gap for more years. so dishes are tasty, taking care of the sauces and the seasonings, something fundamental to cheer the dishes of vegetables. They are also masters in the fritures and bounces, to embroide them. all dishes (and bread) are gluten free and there are many options for vegans. the atmosphere is very pleasant, with discrete clients. the decoration is sober, of food house' of other times. There is no environmental music, as it must be in a place where one will eat. This is my reference site. I'd only ask them to open the kitchen earlier. it is a very late hour to start eating, especially thinking about travelers who are not Spanish."
