"I love eating it, and I am proud that I have been to a fair number of good places (and bad ones). but when visiting the ramblers rest on the laune of my fiancée did not prepare me for what I wanted to experience. eating was so good I would just say it was the best I had in the last 7 years. presentation, eating, service, decor, everything absolutely space on. and what surprised me was the price, two meals, a desert, two glasses wein, two beers and a coffee came over £40. very good eating, at a fantastic price. it is worth visiting her away what I would say was probably the only one back to this place that it was in the middle of nowhere. the split bar/restaurant method, which seems to be becoming more popular in these days at Gastro-Pubs, works very well. the dining area is cozy, close, warm and whole.
