we enjoyed our time in the ramblers rest. beautiful old building. the food was good, but the Tempura pilze were very oily. service was friendly.

We had a great time at the Ramblers Rest. The restaurant is housed in a charming old building. The food was reasonably priced, although the tempura mushrooms were a bit too greasy for our liking. The service was friendly and attentive.

eating was not great to be honest. the pate came with very little crostini and salsa and the salat was ok, but the gurken stripes made it a little slim and the speck was not cooked by. So no, I wouldn't recommend being honest with what a candid is because it's a tasty pub with big staff and a beautiful environment.

The food was okay. Nothing to write home about. We all had Sunday roasts at around PM and some of the potatoes and vegetables were very dry and bland. The service was absolutely awful. It took to get asked what we would like for desert and then another to get served the desert. A huge disappointment to what once was a nice pub
