"I’m willing to spend on a special occasion, but to be charged so much money and be treated so appallingly is unacceptable. I don’t have the energy to detail our terrible experience, but they ruined our dinner with their hostility, rushing us through, and kicked us out while they let everyone else around us (who had been there much longer) eat their meals in peace. "Terrible. Service was atrocious, when there was any. Lots of very self important men strutting around doing little and a couple of very harried waitresses trying to do everything. Had to flag someone down to order, after 15 minutes waiting. One coffee didn't arrive so had to order again. When food did arrive it was barely warm and the scrambled eggs tasted grainy and unpleasant. Not going back here and I do a fair amount of business breakfasts. I was shocked at how bad this was."

"First visit to this restaurant, for a lunch time celebration . Warm welcome and good all round ambience, nice decor, etc. Service throughout was excellent. Had the tagliatelle with wild boar Raghu, which was delicious, aswell as the pork/veal meatballs with roast potatoes which were very tasty. Enjoyed the chessboard all famous Italian cheeses, served with honey which was a first for us but no fruit or celery, which was a little disappointing. Overall, very enjoyable and almost full, which added to the atmosphere of a happy occasion."

"Located only minutes away from my university, I always see a bunch of people just sitting outside waiting for their drinks after a long day of work! This weekend, a few of us decided to try out this experience after a full day of uni! I know understand why this place is so buzzing! The drinks here are very normal but the food that comes alongside it, make the experience worthwhile! A posh British pub is what All Bar One is! The Garlic, chilli and lemon prawns were so tender, spicy and fully of flavour, the mushrooms with lavish bread was also another hit! Just a few tid bits to accompany us with our drinks! Would really recommend All Bar One for a place to chill after a long day!"

"we've been coming to leifick for many years. it is a special place for us where we stayed after our high time. we have waited 3 years to visit kovid again and were really looking forward to them, it just didn't feel as friendly as before. we booked well in advance and requested a window table, this was not arranged. the person who served us (potentially the wut) seemed completely free, not very warm and chatting made us feel a little disappointed. After we drove all the way out of london, we were sad that this was our first negative experience in over 10 years. the eating was nice and they will never be able to mistake this breathtaking view. hopes for a warm welcome at the next visit!"

"The restaurant is lovely, but our experience was disappointing. There were 6 of us and the food was not good. The lamb kebabs and lamb chops were tough and unpleasant to eat. The service was also poor, with the waiter only attending to us when called. After paying a high price for poorly cooked food, we decided to never eat at hotels again. We had much better meals at other local restaurants such as Sawil and Marie Venna."

"The service was a little relaxed. I felt they took too long and we're not as atentstive considering it was empty. Once we made our order they advised us that they had run out of chicken breast, which meant we had to order another main from their new year set menu, which shows they were ill prepared for their new year set menu. After the initial struggle to order and change one of our meals the food arrived quickly and hot, which was great. It's a shame as it's a nice place and the food is good it was let down by their relaxed staff at the beginning."

On the third night I had the parmigiana di melanzane, and it was fabulous as well. My partner had the minestrone soup and spaghetti bolognese, and he was equally impressed. The food is really very good, and the service is impressive. Especially if you’re lucky enough to have Izzy as your waitress, you’re in luck! "Terrible: Very poor value for money, food was mediocre (some dishes were over salted, some were bland), wine was way overpriced and not very good. There were 5 adults and one child in our party, none of the meals or drinks were interesting or special. Food took a long time, the kids meal arrived 1.5hrs+ after we sat down, we had to ask two times for it since our 4yr old was getting hungry. In the end, it was a plate of sausage and mash and I could have cooked something more interesting and tasty myself, in a fraction of the time. Worst of all was the service. The waiters were pushy, arrogant and not very effective. They spilled the wine down the side of the glass every time they poured it (my wine glass was also dirty when I sat down). They pushed extras and sides, felt like we were getting ripped off all the time. Food took a long time. Over and above this, they were very rude to us and we left feeling that they were trying to create a special restaurant but failing badly at it because the food wasn't very special, the service was terrible and the price was way too high. Very disappointed, would advise you to go elsewhere."

"Two friends and myself visited Fratelli's last week It was absolutely lovely. We were all pleased with our meals. Spaghetti Carbonara is a particular favourite of mine, and it didn't disappoint!
