I'm not sure this has ever happened to me in a restaurant where there is a choice, and the steak was good. not hawksmoor quality, but also not hawksmoor price. the béarnaise was a bit meh, but they can't have everything the best here, though is the weeping list. we treated ourselves to a beautiful bottle pinot noir, no ability at £22 and a very decent choice. I have read on their website that they were chosen to be a wine pub in 2009. but not sure who. a conference calls back in the office, which would have been a longer lunch. probably best."
