"Came here for a Christmas party with work (9 of us attended) had to pre order via email. We were rang the morning of the event to be told they hadn’t received our order, yet they had responded to email?! They forgot 3 of the starters, and when we brought this to their attention, the menu had been changed. We then had to re-order our dessert on the night. At the end of the night, the bill presented to us was the original order from our email (which they had told us they hadn’t received) when brought to the waitresses attention, she went to both managers to discuss. It took at least 20 minutes for the issue to be resolved, was disgusted that both times the waitress came to our table to discuss the issue the managers did not come over. Horrible customer service, management did not seem to care whatsoever, received no apology for the shambles of our order, definitely would not be back and would not recommend to anyone."
