"Das Haus macht von innen einen sehr guten Eindruck, Speisekarte klein gehalten aber gut. Der Kellner, welcher uns zugeteilt war, versuchte nett zu sein, wirkte aber sehr kalt, was für uns als Gäste nicht sehr pos auswirkte. Ein kleines Lächeln zwischendurch hätte Wunder bewirken können. Nach unserer Bestellung u wir waren einer der ersten Gäste, dauerte es, bis wir unsere Menü bekamen 1h. Als wir schon 30min ca dort saßen u weitere Gäste eintragen, musste man mit bedauern feststellen, daß die anderen Gäste noch eine zusätzliche Menü Karte gereicht bekommen hatten u den aktuellen Winter Cocktail angepriesen bekamen. Bei der Nachfrage beim Kellner, warum das nicht für uns galt, kam als Antwort, O. Ton.... Sie waren vor 17 Uhr da, wird erst unseren Gästen ab 17 Uhr angeboten..... Ich habe sowas noch nie erlebt, fand das sehr unpassend. In keinem renommierten Restaurant erlebt zuvor. Das Essen war soweit ok , abgesehen von der langen Wartezeit. Das Dessert(heißer Schoko Kuchen) hätte ich bei so einem sog. Guten Restaurant gedacht, es wäre frisch zubereitet worden, zumal der Preis nicht schlecht war. Man sollte alle Gäste gleich behandeln, egal ob man in Designer Klamotten o im casual style das Restaurant betritt, tätowiert o nicht tätowiert ist. Mein Fazit."

"Wir hatten vor einigen Wochen schon einmal zwei Gyros Pita bestellt mit dem Extrawunsch das Zaziki nicht im Brot sondern separat in einem Schälchen zu bekommen. Ging auch problemlos und die Pita war echt lecker. Ca. zwei Wochen später haben wir exakt das gleiche noch einmal bestellt, da wollte man das erst nicht machen, dann sollten wir etwas extra dafür zahlen. Ich wollte nicht zusätzliches Zaziki sondern nur die Menge, die sonst in der Pita ist separat im Schälchen .... wurde mir mit einem Euro extra berechnet! Sorry, dafür habe ich kein Verständnis. Arbeitsaufwand ist der gleiche und für ein Einweg-Plasikschälchen einen Euro zu nehmen ... ohne Worte. Ihr habt jetzt einen Euro mehr eingenommen, aber dafür zwei Kunden verloren. Chapeau!"

"General We drove spontaneously to this restaurant. Parking is too enjoyable. The restaurant is a huge room, a bit cheesy but still very cozy. It took a while before someone brought us to a table, but the waiting time was still acceptable. Until the drinks were taken it also took again. The restaurant was quite well filled, but you could entertain yourself in pleasant volume. The selection of the buffet was very large. Even a Serano ham stood there with a cutter. You could also have fresh sprinkles roasted there. The principle of this has convinced me very much. At his table you have small clamps with numbers that you can clamp to the plate. If you chose something from the freshness area, you will give your plate number there and get it ready to the table afterwards. This one thing, however, was all I liked right there. On the whole, the quality of the food is definitely to be improved. But I think who goes to eat there with a lot of hunger, he'll be sick too. Operation The service has often been waiting for you, but was friendly and polite. Food The food didn't taste us at all. The dishes that could be roasted were indeed somewhat swept in their sut, but were acceptable except for the sensuality. Some of the finished dishes have been in the warm-up bowls for a little longer and have already tasted a little dry. There was a very large selection, but it was just too much. The big ham I found something wrong. It was just too much of all messed up and, unfortunately, it is unavoidable that the quality of food suffers from it. Unfortunately, my accompaniment has swollen my lips. Apparently the salad was not properly washed off. Some dishes there were acceptable and edible. The ambience The ambience was quite cozy. Decoration as in a typical Asian restaurant. Something too cheesy to me. Cleanliness It was not necessarily lupen pure but acceptable."

"we were in the house on the occasion of a birthday with a smaller round to dinner. Unfortunately, we had the bad luck to be made after a larger group. this word selection is made conscious, since the service cannot be described differently. for this, late eating could not be compensated. in total really bad. we were really thrilled once - but from today's view we can't imagine a visit at freesmann anymore."

"Wir haben uns um 17:30 heute draußen hingesetzt und mussten 10 Minuten warten bis wir die Karte bekommen haben obwohl die Kellner definitiv nicht ausgelastet waren zu dem Zeitpunkt. Haben zu dritt jeweils ein Hauptgericht bestellt und nach 50 Minuten das erste Mal gefragt wann das Essen fertig sein wird (Pizza und Pasta . Ein genervtes und unverschämtes Abwinken vom Kellner das er das nicht sagen kann war die Antwort. 1h40 Minuten später habe ich gefragt ob die überhaupt angefangen haben. Ich musste darauf bestehen das der Kellner nachfragt mit dem Zusatz das wir dann jetzt gehen würden. Der Kellner wieder sichtlich genervt, prüft und tatsächlich, unsere Bestellung wurde noch nicht angefangen. Da der Großteil der Besucher draußen (schätze so 80 bis 90% ebenfalls auf ihr Essen warteten gehe ich davon aus das die Küche arg unterbesetzt ist. Anstelle das von Anfang an klarzustellen, lässt man alle Kunden anscheinend mindestens 1.5h warten und ist noch sauer wenn man höflich nachfragt. Keine Entschuldigung oder sonstwas. Selten sowas unverschämtes erlebt. Ich gehe hier bestimmt nicht mehr hin und werde mein Feedback gerne so weitergeben."

"Burger and meat from the grill super delicious at reasonable prices. The taste is simply unbeatable in the area also the atmosphere is very familiar with supernetted service therefore strongly recommended! My tip to the owner is to add the ice cream and Turkish coffee to its menu. You won't regret it!"

"the kikko reminds very much of the okini in düsseldorf. you order via pads, get the food to the table and there are also hot foods. for the sushi offer the prices are quite appropriate. the personal is trying to sometimes something in stress. I love avocado and lachs sushi and the butterfish, just like the champignons. good, the rice is not perfectly spiced, but nevertheless good. one way is not as much worth as the complete program (but if you are with several or at lunch comes completely out) and in the evening there is much more choice. the bark is really good and also many sushis are offered only in the evening as I am more of the lunch type, this is sometimes a pity. not so great are the cocktails and the shots (which are actually really good) some waiters are somewhat insecure in the preparation. pretty much the best latte macchiato in dinslaken you get for it but just in kikko. we like to go there and were always too happy. in the afternoon is quiet and cozy and in the evening you can choose everything. I would like to make it more often :-) it would be nice if for lunch a offer for a coffee and a dessert would be introduced/There would then also be a more frequent visit in it);- Conclusion: who sushi likes should try this kikko. the quality is good and you sit very pleasant."

"Schönes Restaurant mit schöner Atmosphäre, wobei es im Innenraum doch etwas voll und laut ist, wenn alle Plätze belegt sind. Auch dir Wartezeit ist dementsprechend hoch, aber soweit nichts Ungewöhnliches. Das Essen ist allerdings super lecker und preislich auch im Rahmen. Alles in allem ein schönes Restaurant"

"with six people here in the morning on a Saturday evening. the restaurant was very well visited, as I could see, all the tables were occupied. good eating to fair trips - it is a steak house, it is balkan, hard to say. in any case my steak was perfectly fried and everything tasted good. the service was very accommodating. "Visiting a friend that lives in Dinslaken, I ended up at this restaurant on a rainy Sunday for lunch. When the person at the door asked us if we had reservations, I thought he was joking, but soon realised that this is a local favourite...haunt for lunch on a Sunday. I had the hunter schnitzel, a huge portion of deliciously breaded fried pork with a mushroom sauce and French fries, and a nice salad buffet. This town is not a usual tourist destination in Germany, and this restaurant caters to the local clientele, which are both good since we ended up having a great lunch in what I guess is a traditional Sunday atmosphere in this part of the northern Rhine region. Good beer too, and the complimentary schnapps went down well too."

"Bei Ortmann bekommt man sehr leckeres Essen in einen schönen Ambiente. Man hat die Wahl, im vorderen Bereich etwas rustikaler zu sitzen oder im hinteren Bereich, der etwas moderner eingerichtet ist. Beide Bereiche haben ihren Charme. Unser Essen war wirklich lecker, begonnen mit einem geteilten Caesars Salat, mit sehr gut gewürztem Hähnchen. Als Hauptspeise gab es eine Schlemmerpfanne und ein Holsteiner Schnitzel. Das Fleisch war perfekt gebraten, Gemüse auf den Punkt und die Soße ein Gedicht. Also das Essen können wir wirklich empfehlen. Abgerundet wurde es mit einem sehr netten Service, der auch kleine Sonderwünsche ohne Probleme umsetzte. Und Parkplätze waren auch vorhanden. Es ist zwar nicht ganz günstig, aber für das Essen angemessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"It is a typical old restaurant pub. Every Wednesday is Schnitzeltag and it is worth it! For small money there are delicious carvings, handmade roasted in the pan. Seasonal offers such as mussels and asparagus dishes are also recommended. And whoever wants a drink is served here well. There are numerous successful evenings."

"on a weekday via deliveryando. after the order came the statement that the order lasts 90 minutes. with 3 small children too long waiting time. we called to cancel the order. may not be possible. after 1 1/2 hours, there is still no order. After a call it the order is not even in the many, you have to try to ask for the money back via lieferando, as paid in advance. the money is gone and no eating there, service top— not. aside from the unfriendly art and wise on the phone."

"My whole life I am vegetarian and vegan for 5 years and I am always looking forward to a huge restaurant that is thinking about it. Unfortunately, this restaurant throws vegetarian food into a completely false light. For a birthday, a table for 8 people has been reserved on Saturdays. When we arrived, the restaurant was quite empty, but we had to wait half an hour until we could even give up our drinks order. Another half an hour passed until our food order, to our demand, was accepted. Questions about the courts could not be answered and that 2 vegans were not received at all. Then there was a half complete starter round where I could fish vegetables from the plate around a quark sauce, which instead arrived for 6 people, as ordered, for 4 people as indicated on the map. The main foods came after 2 hours. There were considerable deficiencies at 6 out of 8 foods. Vegetable skewers with zucchini and aubergine were raw, on the plate swung late zle in water, roast potatoes that fell apart, some calibers were salted and others un seasoned. The cook came out of the kitchen, after my request for a solution for the problems described above, that he was alone, the oven went out constantly and we were the only ones who complained and all the other guests are satisfied (which was not true, as we had previously listened to the neighboring table as plates went back). Finally, we also left the full plate back and the evening was over. Everyone of the joy of cooking would have gotten the dishes better. I have worked in the gastronomy for many years, if you have no staff to host your guests, then you have to refuse reservations, reduce the card and at least inform the guests about any longer waiting times. I really don't like complaining because it's more unpleasant to me, but that was really a surprise and not worth a cent."
