"Erst will man es gar nicht glauben, ein Spitzenrestaurant im Untergeschoss eines, allerdings sehr edlen, Feinkostmarktes. Man findet es gleich neben der Champagnerbar. Die Atmosphäre ist von Anfang an sehr angenehm, gehoben, aber nicht abgehoben. Die Begrüßung und Aufnahme ist ausgesucht freundlich, einschließlich eines Besuchs des Chefkochs am Tisch. Die Beschreibung des Menüs erfolgt auf Karten, gestaltet von einer bekannten Künstlerin, zu jedem der insgesamt zehn Gänge des Abendmenüs. Die einzelnen Gerichte sind in ihrer ausgesuchten Finesse schlicht überwältigend, Und auch der sehr aufmerksame Service lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die gedämpfte Nähe des Feinkostmarktes haben wir nicht als störend empfunden. Von der Leistung dieses Restaurants waren wir einfach nur begeistert."

"We had a really nice evening there. Nicely decorated, friendly staff and overall great atmosphere. The food (Dry aged Tomahawk and dry aged T-Bone) was pretty good. However, I would probably not recommend them for their price and try something else. Some minor points of improvement for an overall great place: The staff is really friendly but forgot to bring ordered water twice and a cosmopolitan that we didn't see at all. Furthermore, for the main dish we received the steaks first, then the side dishes and lastly plates to actually start with the food. Those should always come before the food so we don't have to look at our food slowly cooling down. Other than that, great place and definitely will come again."

Ich Frage nach: das ist absolut top Grappa, Flasche kostet 40€ und der Preis wäre okay... Also :Pizza gibt es ab 5,50€ , Grappa 5€. Verstehe!!! Absolute Abzocke, sind jetzt in Düsseldorf geschäftlich ansässig, aber da NIE wieder, da kann ich gleich mein Geld verbrennen. Vielen Dank . Ich möchte lieber nicht wissen was der Grappa für Stammkunden kostet, die haben selbigen in richtig großen Gläsern serviert bekommen, wir nur Pfützchen."

"Hohe Preise und niedrige Qualität: Ein Antipasti Fiasko Mein Besuch in der Ghorban Delikatessen Manufaktur sollte ein Genuss von feinen Antipasti sein, doch leider war das Erlebnis alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Dieses Restaurant hat in vielerlei Hinsicht meine Erwartungen enttäuscht. Beginnen wir mit den Preisen: Selbst für eine Antipasti Bar fand ich die Preise astronomisch. Ich bin gewohnt, für gutes Essen und Service mehr zu zahlen, aber in diesem Fall war der hohe Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Qualität der Speisen stand in keiner Relation zu den aufgerufenen Preisen. Auch der Wein, der serviert wurde, war enttäuschend. Für eine Einrichtung, die sich auf mediterrane Küche spezialisiert hat, hätte ich erwartet, dass sie eine bessere Auswahl an Qualitätsweinen hat. Doch leider war der Wein, den wir bestellt hatten, eher durchschnittlich und fehlte an Charakter und Komplexität. Zudem wurde uns Brot separat angeboten, obwohl es bereits in der Meeresfrüchteplatte enthalten war. Dieser Doppelverkauf war nicht nur irreführend, sondern auch unnötig kostspielig. Nun zum Herzstück des Problems die Meeresfrüchteplatte. Anstelle von frischen, saftigen Meeresfrüchten wurde uns eine Platte serviert, die hauptsächlich aus Konservendosen und Brot bestand. Für den hohen Preis, den wir zahlten, erwarte ich Frische und Qualität, nicht einfach nur Dosen, die ich mir auch selber auf meinen Teller legen könnte. Geschmacklich war das Essen ebenfalls unterdurchschnittlich. Die Meeresfrüchte schmeckten nicht frisch, und das Brot hinterließ mich unbeeindruckt. Es fehlte klar an Geschmack und Finesse. Die Kombination der Zutaten war mehr ein Durcheinander als eine harmonische Symphonie der Aromen. Auch der Service ließ zu wünschen übrig. Der Inhaber ? begrüßte uns nicht, sondern saß wie ein König an seinem Laptop. Dieses Verhalten schien mir eher abschreckend als einladend. Zusammenfassend hat die Ghorban Delikatessen Manufaktur bei meinem Besuch in jeder Hinsicht versagt. Sie könnte von einer Verbesserung der Qualität ihrer Zutaten, einer fairen Preisgestaltung und einem besseren Kundenservice nur profitieren. Ich hoffe, dass sie diese Kritikpunkte zur Kenntnis nehmen und entsprechende Maßnahmen ergreifen, denn auf der Basis meiner aktuellen Erfahrung kann ich dieses Restaurant leider nicht weiterempfehlen."
