"I ordered a mixed kebab grill consisting of lamb, chicken kebab and tandoori. It arrived before allotted time. Rice good,salad and bread good. However all the meat tasted exactly the same and extremely salty. No differentiation in marinade . When I called to express my concern and complaint I was met with dismissal and no offer if a refund. I had to call three times before I was told they wouldn't do anything and if they would I would gave to order something first before I would be offered a discount but wouldn't say how much. They were extremely rude abd would not except any criticism. Such a shame that a restaurant takeaway would treat a customer like this. I paid over £15 and was treated as I was in the wrong. I know the difference between good and bad food. This was bad."

"I had lunch in here with two small children who had something from the kids menu and I had a coffee. The children’s food was very mediocre. The chicken nuggets and chips were pretty standard but the macaroni cheese was tasteless gloop. My coffee was poor. However what finished me off was ordering the kids a cone. The younger one can’t eat a whole ice cream before it all melts so I asked for an empty cone to put a little of the ice crea in) and was charged 80p. When I suggested this was a total rip off I was told that they ‘can’t give these away free as they are expensive’, That’s just nonsense. I was looking for it free anyway but 80p is outrageous. I did not like the attitude nor the feeling that I was being majorly ripped off."
