"FOOD DRINKS I had the Lahmacun with doner. To make it simple. It tasted ok. Veggies still had their crunch, the meat was a bit on the sweeter side, tender with no crispy edges and the bread was soft with a slight chew. I could have lived without the tomatoes. They had no flavor. SERVICE The staff was friendly and the food was served pretty fast. ATMOSPHERE The restaurant is actually a bit more modern than most doner kebap places in the area. I especially like the chalk board to display their items. Very unusual for this type of restaurant. But in a very positive way. RATING There is not much to complain about but at the same time there was nothing that urges me to come back. If you happen to be close to this restaurant and crave some doner, give it a try."

"A good-bourgeois with solid cuisine from the Balkans and classics that Frohnhausen has accompanied for years. Rounded by season tickets like asparagus in spring and wild in autumn. "Ich war bereits zwei Mal dort. Bei beiden Besuchen haben wir recht lange auf das Essen und sogar die Getränke warten müssen, obwohl nicht viel Betrieb im Restaurant war. Das Essen war beide Male zwar gut, die Bedienung aber nicht unbedingt die Freundlichste. Gestern hatte ich dann dort online für 4 Personen reserviert, habe auch recht schnell eine Reservierungsbestätigung und sogar 1 Stunde vorher eine Erinnerung online erhalten als wir aber dort ankamen, stand nur ein selbstgeschriebenes Schild Betriebsferien im Fenster und Niemand war dort. Das fand ich doch sehr ärgerlich, zumal es Samstag Abend nicht immer leicht ist, dann noch auf die Schnelle etwas zu finden.Die besten Restaurants in meiner Nähe"

"Since the restaurant opened I have eaten here several times and I tried most vegetarian burgers on the menu. They are all good or very good, as are the fries. However, the restaurant is always crowded in the evening, so the staff make sure you don't sit at a table any longer than necessary. They were friendly enough until we had finished our meal, but if we didn't order dessert or another drink after that, many of them gave us dirty looks, which I find unacceptable. As this happened several times (not only to us, friends of ours had the same experience), I suspect it's company policy. If you want to try their burgers, I recommend you go at lunchtime or in the afternoon when it is less crowded."

"hello dear sushi friends, after a long break again a review of me. Today on 18.12.2016 we were at the sushi house against 17 clocks. it is located in a side street, and the cosy amnbiente immediately addressed us. there is approx. 12-15 seats. we have ordered the following: steamed maul bags (mushi kyoza), salmonella and california rolls (each with free miso suppe) and the small portion ramen nudelsuppe. the steamed maul bags were very delicious. thin teig and loose meat filling, the miso suppe was also good. here I was just confused that we didn't get any suppen spoons, but it wasn't disturbing. the sushi was good from quality, but not outstanding. I'm sure you're not doing anything wrong here. compared to other sushi restaurants, I noticed that the lachs nigiri are minimally smaller than I used to it from other restaurants. the ramen nudelsuppe was a fall. here you have apparently processed instant products lovelessly. You shouldn't sell that. shame! if you have the choice to go somewhere else sushi eat, for example sakura in wuppertal, or that hatoky in bochum, you should also make use of the possibility. otherwise my tip: confine yourself to sushi and damped maul pockets."

"Ein griechisches Restaurant zum Wohlfühlen. Das ich mit meiner Meinung nicht allein stehe, beweisen wohl schon die vielen, anderen Gäste. Um nicht zu sagen ist das Restaurant zu gewissen Zeit voll ausgebucht. Zunächst mal muss die Sauberkeit hervorgehoben werden. Dieses Thema steht leider nicht immer bei jedem Restaurant oben an, hier ist es aber auf jeden Fall so. Restaurant sowie sanitäre Einrichtungen sind sehr gut. Die freundliche Bedienung ist aufmerksam und bestellte Wünsche in Form von Getränken und Essen werden zügig und angemessen der Besucher bzw. Gastfrequenz serviert. Die Portionen sind im Verhältnis dem Preis angemessen. Sicher hat jeder Mensch eine andere Geschmacksempfindung, wie etwas aus eigener Sicht zu schmecken hat. Meine eigene Empfindung geht allerdings klar dahin, dass mir bei Essen und Geschmack keine Wünsche offen blieben. Das Lokal ist vom Ausschlag her sehr schön gestaltet und man kann sich sicherlich für Zeit, die man hier als Gast verbringt, wohl fühlen. Vergleiche ich viele, andere, griechische Restaurants mit dem Pantheon, hat dieses Lokal gewiss 5 Sterne verdient. Ich freue mich schon jetzt auf den nächsten Besuch."

"Ambiente ok. Räumlichkeiten für kleine und große Gruppen geeignet.Preise halt "Stadt" üblich.(Besuch an einem Mittwoch 18:10 Uhr.)Also bei mir hat zeitlich und qualitativ hingehauen. (Bezüglich anderer Bewertungen)Platz schnell gefunden, Bedienung mit Karte sofort da.Hatte mich für ein Gyros Gericht mit Metaxas Sauce entschieden.Dazu gab es einen Salat, welchen ich mir erstaunlicher Weise selbst an der Salatbar zubereiten konnte. Als ich wieder am Tisch war, stand dort auch schon mein Getränk. Mein Hauptgericht kam dann auch unmittelbar nachdem der Salatteller leer war. Essen und Salat alles frisch und lecker. Pommes...bin kein Fan, aber auch o.k. Bedienung freundlich und zur Stelle wenn erforderlich. Die angeforderte Rechnung kam nach 5min. So konnte ich mich schon mal moralisch auf die Minus 2 Grad hinter der Restaurant Tür vorbereiten."

"ATTENTION – HIGH SUCH POTENZIAL I am more often here. Almost weekly to be exact. Each dish is well thought out and is prepared and executed with love. Be it vegan, vegetarian, sushi fan, curry friend or meat lover: On the varied menu there is something for everyone. Depending on the load, longer waiting times can also occur, but this is worth it. "this is not the first time I was at mongo, but it is my first review of it. I usually come with you when we're on business, but last night I was alone. I went about 40 minutes to come here. as I like it so much. the reason I like it is for the buffet. you then pick up your sauce and put your raw ingredients in a bowl. then the cooks. so they can be adventurous as they want, from hull and bark to crocodile, oyster, zebra etc. many choices of meat and veg and everything under their control. they have changed the way they loaded, but not for the best unfortunately, as before it was a fixed amount for each bowl they have, but now it is price for 100g. but say the experience, the staff and the cook are excellent. I would recommend you try it because they never get the same taste experience twice."

"This is a balkan-style restaurant serving mostly German food. The menu was not as adapated as the theme and name suggested. Was it a culinary experience? Not really. It was a schnitzel, and neither the worst nor the best I had. But the slivovice was...served warm, and was delicious. Go there if you like slivovice. Otherwise well, it's a place to eat. Not bad by any means, but nothing to write home about either."

"Also das Personal war sehr freundlich kann man nicht anders sagen aber der Service geht gar nicht waren mit einer größeren Gruppe dort was vorher reserviert wurde (also hätte man sich drauf einstellen können) 1.sehr sehr lange Wartezeit bis das Essen kommt wenn es dann mal kommt ist der erste schon fertig bis der letzte was hat.2.Teller wurden schon abgeräumt wenn andere am Tisch noch essen 3.weniger aufmerksam ob alle noch Getränke haben4.Man wartet schon über 40 Minuten auf das Essen dann kommt Bedienung und sagt dies und das ist nicht mehr vorhanden und muss umbestellen nach über 40 Minuten Wartezeit geht gar nicht5.Bedienung verschüttet mehrmals Getränke und das auch auf Hose des Kunden6.überbackenes Gyros musste man suchen haufenweise Käse und Soße kaum Fleisch 7. Steaks viel zu klein 8.Für ein griechisches Restaurant nur nachgemachter billig Ouzo9.Das Bier schmeckte sehr alt Positiv trotz erhöhten Lautstärkepegel und nach ca 4 Stunden trinken und angetrunken Kunden sind sie freundlich und locker damit umgegangen."

"On our way back to Netherlands from Autria we stopped in Essen to grab a bite to eat. Since Cavos was valued a very good in Tripadvisory we decided to try the restaurant and are extremely happy we did so. Cavos is not a typical...Greek restaurant where you get gyros or a grill platter. Cavos serves fresh and tasty food on a higher level. The service was also perfect. The waiter spoke with passion and the chef eventually also stopped by our table which was a nice touch. For glasses of wine, starters, main courses and espresso and some waiter the bill was A little more than your typical german restaurant, but it is worth every penny"
