"Eben ordered, delicious as usual. But then what amazed me... the little döner suddenly costs 7.50€ with cheese. Okay, it's gonna be more expensive. But that the Döner was only half as full, the meat felt only 20g, the cheese (which, by the way, costs extra) not greater than a 50ct piece, and the salad also did not even correspond to a children's portion, then quite disappointed me. Rest of it floods with sauce. I'm sure it's worth it as a fraud. All right. You're going to be my customers. Too bad."

"Very delicious food! Our favorite is the beef fruity spicy and the pig farm spicy. It would be a little more choice for fish. "Wir verbrachten ein Wochenende in einem Hotel in Essen. Wir bestellten ziemlich spät abends ca. 45 min vor Feierabend. Wir hatten einen super netten Herrn am Telefon, der uns versicherte, selbstverständlich das Essen in unser Hotel zu liefern. Wir hatten das Sparmenü 1 gewählt 2 Pizzen, einen Beilagensalat, 6 Pizzabrötchen mit Dip nach Wahl und ein alkoholfreies Getränk nach Wahl 1,0l für 23€ . Das Essen kam ca. 15min später schon im Hotel an. Ich erhielt wie besprochen einen Anruf von dem Lieferanten, den ich dann in der Lobby traf. Ebenfalls ein mega netter Herr, sehr zuvorkommend, höflich, sehr nett. Wir sind absolut begeistert von allem. Beilagensalat war sehr groß und mit super vielen Komponenten. Bei uns würde man viel weniger für einen Beilagensalat bekommen. Das Essen war mega frisch, absolut lecker! Mein Freund war so glücklich darüber, dass es eine Pizza mit BBQ Soße gibt, die zu 100% seinen Geschmack getroffen hatte. etwas außergewöhnlichere Auswahl als bei uns . "I went here several times last years while visiting my sister. The building is a bit hidden away from the street. Like other reviewers mentioned the atmosphere is more casual. Downstairs they offer large tables for groups and upstairs a bit more usual restaurant like...setting. Certainly this is a perfect place for large groups or family with children, because no one will bother about the noises since it is already noisy anyway. I ordered here once pasta, but that was a slight let down since it was not anything special my pasta with mushrooms had no fresh mushrooms). But the pizzas are big, thin/crispy and the topping is good. The wine selection is decent too. Since this summer they offer also homemade ice cream, but there are certainly better gelato to find in Essen."

Tuesday's rest day. a table reservation is recommended as it is very well visited. A parking space is sufficient. Location, environment and atmosphere are located in the middle of fields and forests in the dining chain. There is a large outdoor area and many interiors. the owner has decorated the outdoor area with many Bonsai flowers very beautifully. the atmosphere is very pleasant, as the waiter recognizes Japanese courtesy in their service. Unfortunately, this is not always true for all guests. "Am Telefon wird einem gesagt, dass es mehrere vegane Optionen gibt. Vor Ort sieht die Sache schon ganz anders aus. Am Ende hatte ich dann einen Teller mit gebratenem Gemüse und seeehr viel Öl. Der Butterreis wurde durch zwei Champions ersetzt. Wer davon satt werden soll weiß ich nicht. Auf Nachfrage wurden mir Pommes dazu angeboten. Diese wurden zusätzlich berechnet. Alles in allem ein Reinfall für Veganer."

Als ich wieder am Tisch war, stand dort auch schon mein Getränk. Mein Hauptgericht kam dann auch unmittelbar nachdem der Salatteller leer war. Essen und Salat alles frisch und lecker. Pommes...bin kein Fan, aber auch o.k. Bedienung freundlich und zur Stelle wenn erforderlich. Die angeforderte Rechnung kam nach 5min. So konnte ich mich schon mal moralisch auf die Minus 2 Grad hinter der Restaurant Tür vorbereiten."

"Nach mehreren schlechten Erfahrungen mit den beiden Vorpächtern versuchte ich mein Glück aufs neue im Pantheon an der Heisinger Straße. Leider ist das spröde und altbackene Interieur unverändert vorhanden. Der Service ist wenig aufmerksam und freundlich, dem Pächter entsprechend angepasst. Die Speisekarte bietet außer dem üblichen Einerlei einer griechischen Gyrosauswahl auch Gans und Argentinische Steaks... Der Versuch, sich bei einem Griechen an das klassische Gyros zu halten, scheiterte an der dicklichen Fertigsoße, in dem das Fleisch qualvoll ertrank. Die Weinauswahl beschränkt sich auf eine winzige Auswahl typisch scheußlicher griechischer Weine wie Imyglikos, den ich allenfalls als Unkrautvernichter benutzen würde. Da ich vermute, dass es in Griechenland auch brauchbare Weine und einen gewissen Anspruch an Qualität gibt, erschließt sich mir dieses schlechte Weinsortiment nicht. Bei Speisen im eher mittleren Preisbereich hätte man anderes erwarten dürfen. Da bereits die Vorspeise nicht wie bestellt ankam und das gelieferte in Knoblauch ertränkte Brot dann umfunktioniert wurde um zum bestellten Bruschetta mit alles überdeckender Knofinote zu werden (ja auch italienische Speisen bietet der Grieche!), durften wir bei der Hauptspeise ohnehin keine zu großen Erwartungen hegen. Leider zeigt sich in diesem Fall, dass neue Besen nicht automatisch besser fegen!"

"On our way back to Netherlands from Autria we stopped in Essen to grab a bite to eat. Since Cavos was valued a very good in Tripadvisory we decided to try the restaurant and are extremely happy we did so. Cavos is not a typical...Greek restaurant where you get gyros or a grill platter. Cavos serves fresh and tasty food on a higher level. The service was also perfect. The waiter spoke with passion and the chef eventually also stopped by our table which was a nice touch. For glasses of wine, starters, main courses and espresso and some waiter the bill was A little more than your typical german restaurant, but it is worth every penny"

Steaks viel zu klein 8.Für ein griechisches Restaurant nur nachgemachter billig Ouzo9.Das Bier schmeckte sehr alt Positiv trotz erhöhten Lautstärkepegel und nach ca 4 Stunden trinken und angetrunken Kunden sind sie freundlich und locker damit umgegangen."
