"We were there on a sunday, booking a atble in advance, what was a good idea, because it was full. Although it is called Brauhaus (brewery) they dont have any craft beer. But sitting was very good, Five people is often a problem, because you...were crunched at a table for four but not here. The atmosphere is great, waiters are attentive. There are some cocktails on the card, beer, softies and wine. As a starter we had some scampi provencal, that looked interesting, but were very yummi! Also, due to sunday, there were some soup offered on the house. The entrees vary from schnitzel, fish, pasta, steak and salats. Additionaly, they have some specials. All dishes came simultaneously, meals were hot and no one had any complain, except our senior who was a bit overloaded. No problem, you get a doggy bag... It was a wonderful sunday lunch, and we will come back! The vicinity is not very attractive, but it is located directly at a subway station. Next time again."

You do not expect such restauran there, close to cheap hebab and pizza places. When you enter it, it looks like Irish pub, then you see the real restaurant inside. Food and starters are from quite ok to very tasty, friendly service and affordable prices are of an asser.

We were at the Brauhaus, which is conveniently located next to a subway stop in a kind of dodgy neighbourhood though, with a group of friends. The food was ok, as long as you stuck with Schnitzel and the like. The most of the a bit more fancy stuff was not that nice. They managed to bring all our food at the same time though. They repeaedly forgot some of our drinks and were really pissed about that. The attitude of the staff was just not right and quite unfriendly as well.At the beginning the place was quite busy. That might be a bit of an excuse for their behaviour.

Location: Not on your normal tourist route close to a housing area and a U-bahn (can't remember the name) not too difficult to find street parking close to the restaurant. Menu/Food: typical German dishes available with other options available, pasta, fish, chicken, etc...Service: Friendly service, english speaking waiter/waitress available for me this was not needed. One thing is that this is not your typical brauhaus I never had your waiter/waitress in a brauhaus serve you with white gloves when your food arrives. Food portions are big, but the quality was good. Did not manage to finish it, and because the portion left was still big, first time in Germany asked to have the food packed luck... View menu
