Obwohl mit Personalmangel gekämpft wird, schafft es das Team des Goldenen Fässle immer wieder uns kulinarisch zu verwöhnen. Der Chef in der Küche meistert seinen Job und die Bedienung ist stets aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Karte wurde zwar verkleinert, aber mit dem täglichen Zusatzangebot in Form einer Tafel, kommt jeder auf seine Kosten! "Habe dass Mauritius in Esslingen innerhalb von 3 Tagen zeimal einen Besuch abgestattet.Zum Besuch 1 mit 7 Personen leider hatten wir Pech mit unserer Bestellung vom Essen da es einen System Absturz gab das bedeutete etwas längere Wartezeiten aber ganz toll Reagiert vom Restaurantleiter entschuldigte sich dafür und unsere erste Runde der Getränke und die Desserts gingen aufs Haus super.Riesige karte mit Cocktails zu 4,99€ Mit unseren Essen waren wir sehr zufrieden alles Lecker und Frisch super Salate.Mini Minus Punkt war der Service junge Dame war etwas überfordert bei dem System Absturz komm etwas durcheinander bei unseren Getränken und etwas unaufmerksam wenn unsere Gläser leer waren aber ansonsten Top.Besuch 2 nach einen ausgedehnten Einkaufs-Tour mit der Fam. wollten wir noch etwas essen und gingen ins Mauritius alles Perfekt Essen und Getränke sehr lecker mit diesmal einen 1Aa Service sehr lustige Person holte sich noch Tipps fürs Zigarre rauchen wir kommen auf alle fälle wieder."

"Eating at Brauhaus zum Schwanen was our "splash out" meal of our holiday. For me, the starter of cold cucumber soup with diced herring was the outstanding item: refreshing and delicious. The husband loved his starter of tartar of herring and the son had no complaints about his Maultaschen. For the main course they had the Schweinhaxe, which they thoroughly enjoyed. I had a small portion of the roast pork with Semmelknoedel, which was good. The ground floor dining room is very smart and modern. Going downstairs to the toilets, you go through the old-fashioned Keller, which smelled rather damp. The service was efficient but we were rather perturbed by all the laughter and chatter coming from the kitchen. Not that we think the staff shouldn't enjoy their work, but the fun in the kitchen is why I'm giving 3 rather than 4 stars for service. Three starters, three main courses, three beers, an Apfelschorle and two coffees came to €91.90."
