"absolute chaos. I got up and asked for a table. every worker went from me and said only a minute and rushed by. the personal seemed to be really switched off and a customer wanted lunch. Finally, a very patient girl said there were no tables outside. there were about five empty tables, but not clean. she took me in and gave me the only clean table. I sat there for exactly 15 minutes. no one came. no menu, nothing! I went to the bar and asked the guy standing there to get a menu. I asked if the waiter saw me, he went on to me. somehow I started screaming that I was inappropriate that they were all very busy and ran. He said I should go! I went and promise I won't be back. no service and the place is a chaos!"

"Super better Service. Essen super! Waren total begeistert. Ein sehr großer Außenbereich mit schöner Sicht auf den kleinen Hafen. Wir tranken Wein und aßen Quessedillas, Maiskolben, einen Burger und eine Baked Potato. Maiskolben und Potato waren 1A! Die Quessedillas schmeckten etwas zu sehr nach Teig, beim Burger fehlte der Cheddar, trotzdem war er richtig lecker. Besonders gut gefallen hat und die Bedienung. Sie war locker, nett und aufmerksam. Alles ging richtig flott. Wir würden wiederkommen!"

"Wir hatten telefonisch eine Anfrage gestellt, und wurden gebeten, diese per E-Mail und Angabe von Adresse, Telefonnummer an das Hotel zu senden. Kein Problem dachte ich. Wenig später bekam ich einen Anruf von (ich denke der Hotelchefin) in dem sie mir erklären wollte, wie die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert. Ich war überrascht und sie sagte mir, sie hätte uns gerade eine E-Mail geschickt. Während des Telefonats las ich diese Mail, dort stand: vielen Dank für Ihre verbindliche Zusage. Ich war noch mehr überrascht und teilte der Dame mit, dass wir lediglich eine Anfrage gestellt hatten. Daraufhin ihre Antwort, naja sie haben ja auch noch nichts unterschrieben! Wir haben letztendlich nicht gebucht, daher kann ich zu dem Hotel selber keine Auskunft geben."

"We had two dinners there and the food was both times very good. The place is quite crowded but you will find a table if don't have time for booking it before. Even booking might be a challenge, since we did it the first evening...and when arrived I had to wait for minutes that the waiters realize I was written in their notebook. The next evening we didn't book and found a table faster (two locals invited us the seat at their persons table) and we were even luckier our waiter was fluent in English (didn't happen the first night), but also in other languages! "I went with my wife and two colleagues from work for a relaxing evening. The inside decoration is nice and we were greeted by the waitress for the evening. She was very helpful, friendly and funny. We all had pizza which was delicious and just...the right size. I usually find the pizza to be too big for one person at other pizzerias around the Bodensee but this was perfect. The waitress was also very attentive and ensured we had enough to drink etc without interrupting us too much"

"My friends and I had a wonderful time. Great location right by the lake with views to the mountains. Staff was friendly and on Zack. Food was delicious, we don't have to wait long. Special wishes were received without any problems - especially at the cocktails. Towards later we found the discreet lighting and the lounge music exactly matching our cocktails. We like to come back."

"Uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt, die Portionen waren sehr großzügig und geschmacklich einfach top. Da es uns beim ersten Mal schon so gut geschmeckt hat, waren wir während unserem Aufenthalt in Friedrichshafen noch ein zweites Mal dort. Preise sind völlig realistisch und nicht überteuert. Ein Stern wird abgezogen, da die Kellnerin etwas gelangweilt wirkte und trotz wenig Betrieb dauerte es etwas, bis unsere leeren Teller abgeräumt wurden, obwohl sie mehrfach an uns vorbei lief.. aber es kann ja jeder mal einen schlechten Tag haben"

"This restaurant impresses me with every visit!!! The decroation was not too much for me and not too little. She's been watching. Because it was Christmas decroation and that on 15.12.2018. Food can be eaten on 3 variants. There's sushi on a sushi bar. Normal portions can be ordered. There are also buffets. I took the buffet all you can eat on 15.12.2018. But there are also buffets all you can drink with. But I found that exaggerated at 9 other people. It was delicious. A square table was run for 2 people. A round table was run for 10 people. So I can't complain about the service. There is also a barbecue and lucky biscuits/multiviatim juice. The price is okay. 18,90€ for a buffet is okay. Lycheeschorle for 3,80 € is okay. But because of allergies to glutamate, I probably won't be there anymore."

"The “Otto Lilienthal” surprised me because it is simply cool and, despite the size, looks very welcoming and cozy. The menu is focused on burgers and steaks. We both tried and found it very delicious. In addition, delicious lemonades are offered. What we did not like is the infallible dessert card and that, although almost everything worked out, the service was completely free from cordiality and smiles for 3 hours. In part, there were also language barriers, which does not find true fans in the regional environment. It's a pity, because this, apart from the language, costs the Lilienthal my 2 stars. The very good and honest price performance ratio brings the fourth star...good 4 stars of me and, dear Lilienthal team, on the 5th star you can work very easily. We come back and are excited."

"Tolles Lokal, gute Küche. Nur der Goggel im Service nervt unnötig und trübt das Erlebnis. Schade wir sind ohne Reservierung angekommen. Das Lokal war leer und wir wollten eine Kleinigkeit vor einem Konzert essen. Bis zur ersten Reservierung war über eine Stunde Zeit … und wir haben versichert den Tisch rechtzeitig freizumachen. War zuviel verlangt. Ewig auf die Bestellung gewartet und dann warmes Bier und schalen Prosecco bekommen. Schade. War dann aber doch noch ein schöner Abend in der Kulturbühne Caserne. Tipp: Reservieren und den Goggel meiden"

"was only in this restaurant, what a sound. very friendly and in the position to help us who speak very little German. English menu, small selection, but our selection was spot on. my steak was perfected and although I chose the little steak, it was more...thanks to me. the carving of my partner was big and for the first time I saw that his teller was not deleted. he enjoyed it very much. he even had a place for an ice dessert. could recommend this restaurant. the best we were in friedrichshafen. compliments to very friendly staff when we come back, we come back."

"We go to this restaurant every year whilst in town on business. Great location, food and drink. Never any problems with the service. Last night we visited and were unluckily got a really terrible waitress who gave us the worst service I have ever encountered,...with no explanation or apology. I'm not sure if she mistook us for someone else? It was utterly bizarre. She virtually spat on us when we sat down and threw each dish down on the table. She forgot the wine I ordered with dessert. After dessert was finished I asked again. The table was cleared and we were ready to leave when the wine turned up minutes late. She then refused to take it back and gestured that I had to drink it and pay for it. We were very polite throughout and didn't understand what was going on. Unfortunately we wont be returning which is a shame as it has always been a highlight of our stay. We were very sad and put out by the whole experience"

"today we were two in the friedrichsstraße in friedrichshafen. it was pretty good for a weekday on the afternoon, but we were immediately very friendly to a table next to the treadmill. a treadmill for hot speere (top) and one for cold (bottom) supplies the most delicious food in the truest sense of the word on the treadmill. next to sushi and maki there are crabs, vegetarian or meat early rolling, small pfirsiche with duck or bun on noodles or rice, chicken wings and and and and to fertilizer salat, kokos mango cream and baked banans. when we were almost marginal, the lower band stopped with the sushi. the owner could not repair it quickly and apologise several times for these inconveniences, although we have assured him several times that he sat on it we sat before 2 huge plates with freshly made sushi, maki us sashimi. also desserts were brought to our table (and other guests) what should I say? it was fantastic very tasty, very fresh, very friendly! and to the conclusion the best: everything you can eat runs sushi: lunch 8.90? evening 10.90?. we all have a new home restaurant!"

"Ein halbes Jahr nachdem der ehem. Restaurantleiter und der Küchenchef das Restaurant übernommen haben, waren wir das zweite Mal in den „Buchhorner Stuben“. Und, die beiden lang gedienten Profis packen das richtig gut an.Im Saal wie in der Küche wird kontinuierlich aufgefrischt ohne die Traditionen des Hauses zu vergessen.Der erstklassig ausgebildete Service läuft, wie früher schon, fehlerlos. Nun kann auch die Küche unbefangen ihr Können und ihre Kreativität zeigen. Und das gelingt vorzüglich: z.B. mit geschmorten Kalbsbäckchen auf kohleschwarzer Polenta. Nicht nur ein Hingucker. Großartig das Sorbet mit Steirischem Kürbiskernöl! Doch auch Käsespätzle und Rostbraten kommen nicht zu kurz.Der Sommelier kann auf fast 200 Etiketten jeder Preislage und aus allen namhaften Anbaugebieten zurückgreifen. Wem die Auswahl schwer fällt – einfach auf den kundigen Service verlassen.Bei dem Preis-Genuss-Verhältnis schaut man etwas neidisch auf die andere Seeseite. Mein Tipp für die auf unserer Seite - einfach mit dem Katamaran über den See fahren und in den „Buchhorner Stuben“ speisen!"

"the many tables on the terrace directly at the lake are more or less all occupied. we therefore take place among the arcades directly in front of the restaurant, which has proved to be much cooler than among the terrace sun umbrellas. you can keep from Greece what you want . . . no, fun or seriously aside. we have rarely experienced such a well-established and friendly service, and this was the last on sunny Saturday endless. we only chose small appetizers, but they all tasted well. the portions are plentiful, the prices measured at the location at the lake somewhat higher but thanks to friendly and efficient operation in the frame. a small drink tip: "ouzo auf eis", greece pure on the hill and in the groom. we'll probably get back to delphi."

"We were looking for a good place near the shore. The pavilion is wonderfully located near the marina and, despite shade, allows the view of the lake and the port. The outdoor area is with bright pebbles and wonderfully pleasant at warm temperatures through the trees in the shade. It quickly adapts to a wonderful ambience. The menu gives everything from vegetarian food about fish and meat and still remains clear what the freshness is talking about. Operation was quick and helpful. The high chair was quickly brought and our food was just as fast. High quality good and solid kitchen. Price performance fits absolutely. You're welcome."

"Es liegt relativ im Zentrum. Parkmöglichkeiten hinterm Haus jedoch spärliche Beleuchtung. Restaurant über 2 Ebenen aufgeteilt. Eingang nicht ebenerdig, Zum Essen gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Es war alles sehr lecker und wir bekamen alle gleichzeitig das Essen. Ambiente ist auch nett. Was wir uns vom Service gewünscht hätten wäre: die Gäste nicht wahllos zusammensitzen zu lassen. Am Nachbartisch wurde eine Familie mit einem Schreikind platziert. Nichts gegen die Familie, sie haben genauso das Recht Essen zu gehen aber der Rest des Restaurants war relativ leer, man hätte sie aufmersamerweise in eine der ruhigeren Ecken setzen können. Daher der eine Punktabzug beim Service. Ansonsten waren wir mit dem Abend, dem Essen, Getränke und den Preisen zufrieden."
