"Die Ausstattung des einstmals SEHR angesehenen Speiselokals HIRT ist seit mindestens 50 Jahren nicht verändert. Der Inhaber hat jedoch mehrfach gewechselt. Das Interieur ist der Bevölkerung vertraut. Viel (sehr schönes) dunkles Holz lässt eine gediegene, gedämpfte Stimmung aufkommen. Der Service ist freundlich und flott. Die Karte ist sehr umfangreich, am Mittag gibt es eine zusätzliche Karte mit Dumpingpreisen. Auch zu Gerichten aus der "normalen" Karte gibt es eine Vorsuppe und Nachtisch - im letzteren Fall einmal eine große Portion Vanilleeis mit warmen Kirschen. Absolute Highlights darf der Gast nicht erwarten, aber bodenständige, gut bürgerliche Küche wird geliefert. Die Preise sind insgesamt moderat.Die Auswahl an Weinen erscheint eher eingeschränkt."

"We've been back to La Tombola for the first time ever since the Corona outbreak. There has changed something in the entrance area, the well with the turtles has disappeared and there are new owners. Already at the table assignment you felt well-attended, friendly and courteous operation! The dishes were tasty and lovingly prepared. A nice well maintained restaurant, we will definitely come back! Only, I would rather get herbal butter served with garlic as an appetizer to the delicious crispy bread than this cream."

"Wir waren jetzt das 2. mal da gewesen und haben uns zum 2. mal für das Sushi All-You-Can-Eat entschieden. (Daher kann ich wirklich nur vom Sushi Essen berichten, da hier auch warme Speisen angeboten werden a la Card)Das ganze läuft so, dass man auf einem Zettel die erste Runde maximal 5 verschiedene Sushi-Sorten und Stückzahl ankreuzen kann, welche auch dann frisch zubereitet werden. In der zweiten Runde wieder 5 Sorten usw. Sushi das nicht gegessen wird, weil es zu viel war, muss dann vom Gast mit 50 Cent bis 1 Euro pro Stück bezahlt werden.Das Sushi ist wohlschmeckend und schön angerichtet. Ich finde es Okay das Essen dass "weggeschmissen" werden muss, bezahlt werden soll. Auf die weise wird weniger verschwendet.Bis hierher ist alles eigentlich TOP.Nach der ersten gegessenen Runde, dauert es dann extrem lange bis mal wieder einer vom Service an den Tisch kommt. Und je mehr Runden man isst um so länger dauert auf einmal alles. Also mir kam es so vor als würde bewusst lange gewartet, damit man nicht so viel bestellen kann. Und das ganze Spielchen jetzt zum schon zum 2. mal, weil ich einem Restaurant gerne auch eine 2.Chance gebe.Es war wirklich nichts zu tun bis auf 2-3 Gäste und uns. Dennoch dauerte es 20 Minuten bis wir überhaupt mal wieder jemanden vom Service zu Gesicht bekamen. Dieser versteckte sich sehr geschickt hinter einer Trennwand, wo auch die Kasse steht. Ich wollte hinterher schon aufstehen und Getränke und Nachbestellungen selber aufgeben an der Theke. Das nervte nur, weil wir echt Hunger hatten. Der Umgang mit dem Gast ist generell grenz wertig. Die zweite und dritte Runde wurde mit einem abschätzigen Blick und einem "hinschmeissen" des Tellers gewürdigt. Dieses Verhalten beobachteten wir auch am Nachbartisch. Ein Pärchen bekam die Vorspeise regelrecht hingepfeffert. Ein normales "Hinstellen" der Speise hätte ich mir schon gewünscht. Das Personal blickt generell sehr sauertöpfisch drein und wir haben beim zweiten mal auch bewusst kein Trinkgeld da gelassen. Das Beste muss ich noch loswerden. Nach der 3. Runde kam der Kellner an unseren Tisch und sagte "Bezahlen?". Dabei war noch gar nicht klar ob wir nicht vielleicht noch eine 4. Runde möchten. Das hat allem die Krone aufgesetzt und ich fühlte mich persönlich regelrecht rausgeschmissen aus dem Laden. Vielleicht haben wir deren Mischkalkulation gesprengt (Sind schon gute Esser beide)Also wir waren das letzte mal da, so lecker das Sushi auch war. Aber andere Läden haben auch schöne Theken. Ich wünsche dem Restaurant trotzdem das diese Kritik vielleicht gelesen, und angenommen wird, weil das Essen ist fantastisch."

"Wir waren wieder einmal im La Sorgente, der Hunger auf gute Italienische Küche hat uns dort hin geführt. Es sollte dann auch ganz italienisch werden. Begrüßung durch den Chef, sehr freundlich, sehr persönlich, man fühlt sich sofort als Gast willkommen. Das Essen bestand aus vielen frischen, italienischen Köstlichkeiten, bis hin zum gehobelten Trüffel auf den Nudeln. Der Wein sehr lecker und passend zum Essen. Während des Essens original italienisches Radio im Hintergrund, nicht aufdringlich. Es kommt bei uns immer das Gefühl auf, einen kleinen Sonderurlaub in Italien zu verbringen, echt lecker, entspannend und mit guter Laune gespickt. Sehr zu empfehlen!"

"We were eating there yesterday (21.8., I had ordered beef fillet with pepper sauce and pommes, my friend the same. We always make it so that when we go to dinner, everyone lets you taste the other, even if we order different food. Here's what we ordered the same thing. So I tried this from my girlfriend, she was a piece of me, but she tasted different. So we said that and then the waiter picked up the plate and put it in the kitchen.
