"Opener ordered and delivered there. Today it was the last time. ordered and maintained today. then came a call from the filiale why not be opened? it was not ringed. (klingel was tested. driver came again. it was not ringed again, but saw him on the window and left down. asked why he didn't ring. aussage: yes, I can't know you have to ring. I don't know what to write about like that?!?!? later a pizza was opened by a person who arrived later. a small salami pizza was ordered. on the pizza was no salami. called in the load.... it was looked into the computer and a salamipizza was ordered. on the demand we do now just did not come my problem and it was put on. How can I not know as a driver that you need to ring when you deliver an order? Why does a driver not call at the customer and drives back to load? this is simply a bad service. we have often ordered there, but will not do it anymore. because of poor service and respectless behavior."

"Deutsche Hausmannskost since 1970 this was forgotten until 2018! There, where once the daily dish was carefully written with colorful chalk on slate boards, there are now several flashing monitors that always show the same dishes and advertisements. The Kohlrouladen, for which a trip from the other end of Gelsenkirchen was rewarded each time, were replaced by Falafel, the potato puree was completely removed. Pigshaxen with herb, there is now the Shawarma Plate. I ordered a chicken carving with a hunter's lap... a sweetly fried forme with an onion sauce, in which a few wabbely champignons happened. For an Arabic snack, the offer may well be fine, but if I visit the fodder crib, I want to feed as with nuts.
