"We chose the restaurant due to the recommendations and because of it star rating. I appreciate that peoples tastes are different but this was not for us and we didn’t feel like there was a value in eating here. I have eaten in many stared restaurants around the world and as you expect the food and experience is amazing. You can taste the flavours and appreciate the technical skill gone into creating each dish. Le flacon we had the 7 course taster menu. 3 starters, 2 mains and 2 deserts. Each dish visually looked good. Unfortunately though it was just that a good looking plate of food with no real working flavours. It was a shame and I hope we were just unlucky with our evening. The venue is lovely and the staff work hard"

"The restaurant is close to international organisation and probably is better for a lunch atmosphere. The food was good but average: nothing really stood out among the many dishes we ordered. Service was prompt and friendly. The outdoor decorations are really nice, but the indoor lacks that Cinese character. Some traditional paintings and objects would help. Recommended for families and groups."

"A wonderful evening meal! I bypassed a much busier Italian restaurant due to the previous reviews suggesting nice service. As a tourist who didn't speak French, the staff was very kind and welcoming! They made an effort to communicate with me on a way I could understand and the meal was fantastic! The pasta was perfectly cooked, and tasted like maybe it's made in- house? Everything was fresh and delicious and the friendly staff was so much appreciated. Can't recommend highly enough!"

We were recently missing items on a delivery which we had ordered from Le Safran from Uber, after calling the restaurant directly, they went out of their way to deliver the missing items. "Typical problem only with Indian restautants. They dont allow 2 people to sit on 4seat even if restaurant is 70% empty. Wasted my time to go there and waited outside to be served . Then complained, the guy had no feeling.. Addl comment after restaurant response ; Really pathetic that restaurant telling below lies and dirty wordings . There were no abuses at all from our side. We dont do such things. We just wanted to sit at place where you are not hitting next guest. And there were many 4 seaters empty but the guy was unconcerned and adamend, hence left giving exactly same input as written above. Anyway, I hv no more time to correct each of your lies, thats not my job ! and dont want to skoop to that level."

"As a big fan of real Mexican food (not Tex Mex so I was happy to find this place when they first opened. Since then, they have never disappointed! I've read some recent reviews that surprised me since I'm a fairly regular customer and I've never...had a bad experience there and last night was no exception. Best on the rocks with salt margaritas in town, guacamole is always fresh and delicious, tacos are great (watch out the stuffed jalapeno special taco is a sizzler! and their salsas are a must all in a friendly and colourful atmosphere. There is also is a little shop section where you can buy some authentic gastronomic goodies (like their amazing corn tortillas! . COVID has hit all of us hard, and especially small businesses and restaurants like El Catrin. For them and for people like me who love Mexican food put them on your list of places to go to you won't regret it! And if you’re not going out yet, you can even get all the parts of your tacos to go so you can build them and feast at home!"

"We went to Kamone on Saturday night as a couple after reading his Rave reviews and saw it listed on Tripadvisor as one of the best Japanese restaurants in Geneva. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The highlights were definitely connected to the service, the waiters and waiters, all very attentive and pleasant. The rest was short. The Teppanyaki, both the actual Teppanyaki station as well as the chefs, looked tired and from the brand, the interior and placement of the tables gives the whole place a very cold industrial ambience and the food was sad to say OK, but nowhere even near the Top 10 Japanese we ate in Geneva. "We enjoyed the variety of options and the prices at Sam’s. If we had stayed longer in Geneva, we would have returned. The burger with fried egg and fries was delicious, as were the Thai tacos (nice spice). It has minimal, diner-style indoor seating with a few tables outside on the sidewalk. The weather was nice so outside worked for us. It would be good food to take away to a nearby park."

"I have visited Geneva plenty of times, I consider it my second home and for the first time decided to visit Les Trois Verres, as my sister who goes often recommended it. In a very warm environment you will be welcomed from the staff and...you will be seated at the welcoming environment of the restaurant. The food is Italian mainly and you can chose between , pasta, fish, meat and other delicacies. I really liked in the beginning that they brought Parmesan cheese, instead of butter or other stuff that other restaurants serve before the food. I recommend to try the antipasti platter they have. I totally recommend to visit and I am sure you won't be disappointed. Remember to book in advance."

"Our first experience of Ethiopian food and it was wonderful! The combination of meats, spices and salads in the Habesha special were to die for, this was recommended by our waiter who looked after us extremely well. He always had a smile on his face and went out of his way to make our visit special. We must have heard him speak at least 3 languages, all while managing a full restaurant effortlessly, when they expected a slow night! We would 10000% recommend this restaurant, and are so glad we happened upon it during our visit! Oh and warm baklava is a game changer!!"

"The wife and I were in Geneva just a few days before Christmas. We stopped at this gem that sounded appealing. We ordered two cappuccinos that were arguably the best ones we’ve had on this trip. We left and walked around for awhile and worked up an appetite. A lot of places were closed for food in the afternoon and we ended up looping back around to the restaurant we stopped at before. We ordered a cheeseburger and the goat cheese salad. Wow! It was so impressive! It’s a family owned and run restaurant and they are friendly and accommodating. It was the best salad I’ve ever had. I swear! We also tried some hot wine with spices and it was terrific! We stopped there again for cappuccinos the next day and will definitely be going back again before we leave Geneva. There is a nice view of the river passing by and not a lot of foot traffic. Indoor and outdoor seating. Dessert is served as well."
