"I am now banned from ordering here according to the person on the phone because I complained that a burger was missing and the food was an hour late. Very poor service from somewhere we used to order from a lot. An owner or manager who is evidently stressed but takes it out on customers. Avoid unless you want poor service, rudeness and childish interactions. After arguing he agreed to refund my order but told me I’d be banned from ever ordering again. Loyalty and honesty do not pay at this ‘restaurant’."
